Do you have any probs with other gears? reverse or 5th? Sounds like the cables. Try the search, there are a good few posts about adjusting the cables. - Ross

Extra exhaust pipes that clearly dont do anything besides slow the car down and make it loud. If they are functional, then fair enough but they never are. The other one I hate is people who stick one of those stupid things in the interior... you know the ones... just at the drivers seat... oh yeah, chavs, thats what theyre called! - Ross

Good work. How did you manage to secure the cam to the car? - Ross

Pot holes are a nightmare up here as well. Used to live in yorkshire and it wasnt too bad until I moved back to Scotland... I had to raise the car to stop the harsh impact when I was just normally driving around. Fingers crossed on your claim Garry. - Ross

Hmm... the fact that its been professionally done doesnt make it ok, does it! - Ross

I would love to meet some of the people that spend money doing this. Although maybe theyre all LOCKED UP!!! One can only hope. - Ross

It will be the resistor that is knackered. There a 'how to' on here somewhere. Its an easy job, I have it to do as well, although I'm waiting until nicer weather... just in case I am with out a fan for a few days (just in case I break it) ;) - Ross

It sounds like the wheel bearing. I had the exact same problem, killed my disc :( I would be willing to bet that if you replaced the bearings then it will be all good, although your disc might need replacing as well. - Ross

Fantastic... disagree with Mr Google. :) - Ross

The new nissan primera. Uncomfortable, gutless and the speedo is closer to the passenger than it is you! - Ross

Sitting at 70 I've managed to get it up to 36-37. Generally on a motorway journey I get around 34-35. It's a lot better than my old 16v mk2 Golf GTi so it always impresses me. - Ross

Good man, hope it all goes well. - Ross

Gutted for you man. Had mine done a couple of months back. I'm up for some chav bashing if you need a hand ;) - Ross

Horrible rattling, any clues? VR6, PROBLEM FOUND, NOT
rosswalker replied to mr_fusion's topic in Engine Bay
I'm guessing that you would have noticed this, but a few weeks back I went over a bump and had a horrible rattling similar to yours. I have a look around and it turned out to be the bonnet arm (bit that holds the bonnet up) the click had broken and the arm was out of place and rattling against the fan. I dont have any idea other than that... fingers crossed for you. -
Stunning car and cool photo but I feel dizzy if I look it for too long. :) - Ross

13/19 as well... There a bit cheeky those tripod ones, not seen them before. - Ross -
Lovin those wheels on your rado. iirc the 312 setup doesnt fit behind them though. There isnt a huge difference between the 312 and 288 though. - Ross
