  1. Simply perfection.....red rado on 5 spokes....its timeless.
  2. Yeah, body seems fairly tidy. A dent on the passenger wing and a bit of filler round a rear arch but that seems all, although it may be a different story once i start digging prior to a respray......it'll do for now anyhow. And if it turns out to be a stinker i'll just try to find a nugget and shove everything in that....
  3. maccies at bassets pole? Been once or twice, we have a meet on thursday nights at the bowling green pub in lichfield, groups called flog, used to have loads of people turn up, especially in the summer but now not many of us go, just the hardcore few. its more like a few mates just havin a beer now as all our cars are being sorted so we just turn up in our sh*t dailies. still talk cars, women etc...you know the score haha. yeah when its back up and running we'll have to go for a blast, get some photos etc.
  4. yeah, i'm looking forward to dropping it as much as i can (dependant on getting off my drive) and seeing what they look like....something different for a bit anyhow. Seen a set polished and they look they nuts, just couldnt be arsed to do it....

  9. Nugget Yellow..... And there is already a thread for this kind of thing, may get a better response if posted in there.. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=79912
  10. Can you imagine an ejector seat working though....come on, seriously.......most of our sunroofs dont even open.....you'd just end up breaking the passengers neck....sounds alright but then you've got to dump the body....
  11. Hi Si, that sounds logical but it depends how much its leaking by, if its dropped loads then yeah, no pressure but then you wouldnt get any friction then. If its just a very small amount could still have the pressure but also a bit spreading causing slipping. Worth whipping it out to have a butchers/rule it out. Could it be possible that you may have some air trapped in the system, if it seems to be doing it randomly.....i would try bleeding it again and see.....cant hurt afterall.
  12. That was my initial thought too...
  13. Wow gena, what a pic, we need more details of this car.....get a members rides thread going...
  14. The whole cars been hit with Menzerna Intensive polish now, just going to go over a few bits with final finish as i have a few small swirls left. Then sealant and wax and PICS! Im hoping to finish off the engine bay tidy up this weekend along with the inside of the arches. Need to try and unseize the coilys too so i can get it sitting lower! Thanks for reading, Abdul :D Cant wait to see pictures, love your detailing shots, always look so fresh.
  15. Well, got the lights fitted tonight, think they look smart, again pictures dont really do them justice, look better in the flesh. Also sanded and painted the rad support brackets too as they were off the car and looking tatty.
  16. 'Costs for envelopes' - jesus Eric, we all just nick those from work don't we? Unless of course you run your own business or something... :D i've just printed out the entire bentley manual at work, 1060 pages.... :nono:

  19. holy poop, as has been said.....how do you not see an effin yellow car.....some people shouldnt be allowed on the roads. I really feel for you man. nugget yellow is my favourite corrado colour......i bet you feel like your right arm has been cut off.... again, just be thankful that you are ok, at the end of the day friends and family are what count in this world.....the corrado comes a very close second though. my advice, crack open a beer or two and drown your sorrows for tonight, things will always seem better in the morning (unless your on death row) Plus if it can be repaired just think how mint your paint will then be.
  20. hmmm, corrado rat look van :confused4:
