    Thank God i'm not the only one thinking like this! Had a few beers and now the sensible head is on 320d, look tomorro and it'll be a VR6, think i need to own one before i do any drastic changes :)

    Had a really boring day at work and when that happens circles begin! Dont know wether to sell my Sportline and get a VR then i think maybe something newer, mk4 V6 4motion? Or just sod everything off, sell the G60 and the Golf and get something quick, quiet, and above all economical...BMW 320d on about a Y plate? Anyone else have these kind of thoughts and if so give me your opinion!! Cheers

    Saw a blue G60 on the hard shoulder of the M1 earlier today around leeds headin southbound, anyone?

    i saw 4 today!! Dark one blue/black VR i think southbound on M1 around jct29, silver VR i think southbound M1 around sheffield and another further up, again Blue/black. then saw one in leeds, blue G60, very clean and from what i could make out a very good lookin blonde driving it! I was in the silver G60

    I did the isv on mine today just used carb cleaner, use to hold its revs up and keep them on then idle rough, it's spot on now though

    DaveVR6, Someone from my neck of the woods! Started to think that no one owned a C round here! I live just out of Alfreton in Swanwick. I've got 2 cars but it's my C i run about in so cant really compare, and for some strange reason i sometimes walk to work?!

    Got basically the same problem on the G60, they thought it was the throttle boby but has turned out to be the isv, just quoted me over £200 for a new one!! Think i'll be cleaning it out then!

    I'll put some up soon, it's samboG60's from the for sale sec, went to see it at the wknd and ended up bringing it home with me!! Just love the colour, satin silver!

    I've owned both and i think the 1.8 is great fun, feels a little rawer but for myself i'd go for the 2.0 just for that little bit more torque and refinement. My 2p's worth

    Well been out and bought one now and cant say i'm regreting it...yet! Just got a permanent smile on my face when i drive it. It's got a stage 4 charger and Jabbasport induction kit which i know adds to the noise but do they all drone like mad or is it just mine?

    Riley i'm with you mate! Had RH Cups on my C and thought they suited it down to the ground, i am a big fan of bbs though as they just look classy imo

    I agree that if you have Ronal's on your Golf, Corrado etc that it needs to be seriously slammed and cleaned! They do look good though

    Had a Black 1.8 16v, Classic Green 2.0 16v which i bought off Daves16v and now i fancy another one but money wont stretch to or VR6 so either a G60 or Golf VR, fancy the G more though
