Love the RH ZW1's, are these the ones that where for sale on here? Any more pics?
-
Ooops me bad!! Is that because i spelt Corrado wrong or because I said they look better raised up higher?
-
For Sale - Revell Corrado in Aqua Blue. This is brand new and never been out of the box. Ariel is still taped to the back of the box. £50.00 + P&P Or collect from Hull.

Hi, Its just the plastic wind diffuser part that pushes the blade onto the window at speed, is this on the blades please? if so, I'll take one please.
-
Have you raised it? I'm starting to think Carrado's look better higher on 15's then when they are lowered a lot. I hate the height of mine on 15's at the moment.

Cheers Paul, got the email this morning thanks. she likes the WIT R helmet but not 100% yet so she is still looking around. I'll let you know thanks and cheers for your help. It looks like a big place your at.

Jesus Paul, we've just watched those videos on you tube, some serious commitment there!! You really dont look well after that 2009 run, where did you come in it? Pm'd my number. I'll stick with the car I think, the corrado is much more enjoyable and less effort.
-
Cheers Paul, She's just getting into it really, a Friend of hers does compete for a team local round Hull I think. There is a club near us so she may join that I reckon. Do you compete or anything?

I'm after a black VW grille badge to match the rear badges.
-
Hmmmm! not helping the RH argument there! do you have a pic of yours on the RH's?
-
Her 'Melon' is 55cm, the Giro she bought was a monze in black, white and blue to go with the bike. Its a Scott S30 (mans bike i think). She's quite fussy and wants one to match the bike!!! If you can let me know what you've got in please, that would be good ta.

By heavy do you mean they will chew wheel bearings? how does the weight affect the car? AAAAAhhhh!! Decisions, decisions..... Help me out guys!!!
-
Not sure its the right thing yet. Really fancy some RH ZW1's with a little bit of dish at the back, maybe 8.5" wide and stick with the 205 tyres for a little stretch look. Also, got the bumper to repair and maybe if I can afford it a stainless steel exhaust.
-
Cheers Paul, I'll wait and keep an eye out for a replacement at some point then. My wife is after a cycle helmet, just got a Scott road bike. Bought a Giro(?) one off Ebay but it was too small!!!
-
Hi Paul, I think it is just a spoiler on the blade to keep it on the windscreen when at speed. It'll save me buying a whole blade as mine are both perfect at the moment. chris p.s Do you still work in a bike shop?

Bump Are these standard fitment does anyone know?
-
I only sprayed mine out of a can on the garage floor!! I haven't got any spacers no sorry. Whats the big bang?
-
I did mine myself, got it blasted at a place we use at work then sprayed it in the garage. Easy job to take off. Hurry up and get them wheels on now!!!
-
Managed to break the wind deflector on my passenger side windscreen wiper today. Anyone got one please? Chris

Looking good Matt. Did you paint them? Need to get your inlet manifold off for a quick lick of paint too.

Still seriously thinking about RH's, especially now I need to pay for the car repair. My RS's are 7 1/2" ET33 Standard RH Zw1's seem to be 8" wide ET60, with 20mm adaptors bringing them to ET40 I think this should bring them to same point as the RS's. Now, I'm thinking I would like to increase the rear dishes by 1/2" bringing them to 8 1/2" wide, with 20mm Adaptors the ET would become ET34 i think???. Does anyone know if this spec of rear wheel would fit the rado without arch mods and without fouling coilovers etc? I'd still look to run 205 40 17's

Got to make a statement at police station on Sunday (earliest appointment), the police will then start the investigation. They have his address, just hope he admits to doing it, this still wont get the insurance sorted though.

Cheers for the comments all. Generally I wouldnt use the car in the snow and it had just started when I left work. The roads had no snow on them so it can't be blamed. The car was bought to be used really and can't afford to run a third car, plus it is garaged and washed every weekend without fail including under arches and stuff. Shouldn't be any different to summer use only really. The only good point is that I had the speedlines on, if the RS's where on then one would certainly have been knackered! Definately makes me think that I should change them for RH's!! Plus I may need the money for repairs....
