Ahhh. I've ordered some 12mmx12mm self adhesive foam strips to replace it with. Couldn't see anything to fix it down apart from a single screw at the top.

Sorry, I should have been more clear :) I took the dash tray out to fix my heater mechanism on the heater box, but looks like some gasket used to be present that sealed the heater ducts to the lower footfall vents? Flaps about at the moment and I don't get any heat out my lower footwell vents?

What may be useful is for people to upload photos of backbones and the section is joins on too from the top and rear so can see how they looked compared to dub sport one. Cheers.

This looks like it bulges up in the middle, suggesting it based off a late model.

Had a good chat with Peter about the plans this. A separate back box is a possibility but may take longer to produce. Hopefully will be having a trial fitment in October / November before they go into production. He's happy to continue this with no firm orders, however they will be to his time-scales, he's a very busy man but wants to do this to preserve the heritage of the Corrado.

So I take it that I just need to swap brown / red with red to get around this issue? Cheers.

Fixed heater controls, heater box mechanism and the pin in the adjustable steering column that kept coming out. Hopefully permanent fix now.

Fixed! After replacing the far left gear as it broke with a spare one I had. Once it all went back together the nob didn't go all the way to the window position, looking at the mechanism, the lever was hitting the plastic before the flap actually closed / open. What I had noticed is that the gear the big gear on the lever the Bowden cable attached too had jumped 3 teeth, which when trying to move the knob more than it was able to travel actually broke the weakest point, the gear in the controls. Using a screw driver to lever the gear on the heater box was able to jump it 3 teeth so if all now lines up and everything now moves really freely and without effort. It's worth checking your gears on the heater box to check its not jumped any teeth, this is the one the lower arm in the heater controls connects too on the heater box.

Keep an eye on the thread in group but feelers Currently working with dub power to produce a OE looking exhaust :)

Bingo! Thanks guys. Will hopefully get them refitted up. My new motor seems 100x more powerful than the old Corrado one

Replacing with lupo ones but its a little more extreme, it goes of the scuttle to the point it Jams even returning to the rested position.

Well I decided make the mistake of fitting new wiper arms and decided I'd replace my motor too! I can't remember what the rest position is and now the wipers only go half way around and then on the return goes off the screen into my scuttle panned area. Anyone have a photo or a method of knowing where the rest position is? Photos would be great if you could just nip to your car and look for me. Here how mine is but something isn't right?! Cheers.
