  1. I dont know why everyone sees it as a problem to be honest with taking the manifold off.

    1) 10 minute job

    2) you'd probably only change your plugs every 6 - 12 months for your average user

    3) As long as your careful with the cardboard gaskets your ok..

    4) Gives you an opertunity to check everything else in the immediate area is all in order...

  2. I require a late corrado VR6 Slam panel, the bonnet latch has jammed one mine at some point has has caused damange to the extent it's now all on the slant..

Ideally in L041, if not no big issue, must be in good condition with little / no rust, prefer item to be delivered, or if local to Stoke can arrange collection.

    Thanks.

  3. yeah, back in the day.... times have changed :)

In comparison to the rads ECP sell, the hella ones are very cheap, and probably built just as well / better than the ECP one...

I'm happy anyway with my purchase, pretty sure the car will run cooler than it ever has done, and it will probably wont need replacing again.

  4. As far as I am aware, no after market radiators come with the elbow, its a VW part... and given that the VW rad's and elbows are obselete iits a non-issue id have thought, even when the radiators were available from VW, they were over the 200 quid mark easily...

I've just removed the elbow off my old radiator and have purchased new bolts / o-ring... job done...

only other option is to get the elbow from VW heritage or purchase the gruven parts alloy elbow...

  5. Money is a little tight this time of the year :) and I needed buy a new front silencer too...

Reasons for taking the risk on this

    - Hella, usually a reputable manufacturer

    - StueyB has covered over 30k with his hella radiator, cant imagine my corrado ever doing 30k in the next 10 years :)

anything is better than the leaky radiator I have now :) proof will be in the running temps, but should be ok, new water pump, new coolant, new aux water pump etc...
