Just spotted the arse of a red C with crystal rears parked outside Comet at Millbrook in Southampton... I was driving by so missed plate and flavour entirely :?
-
did you read about 2011 rule additions? Invincibility, power-ups, new circuits on beaches and in space and red shells!!
-
Where do you pay to keep your C and how much?

Got a garage about 3miles from the house... as it's within walking distance to the city centre it costs £180 a quarter though :gag: -
Delphic's 'This Momentary' is free download of the week on iTunes... they made No.3 in the BBC Sound of 2010 (if anyone else followed the countdown :dorky:)
-
'discovered' Band of Skulls over the weekend. Got the album (brilliant) only to find that they originate from the other side of Southampton and my sister knows the guitarist... Yeah, that'll be me with the finger nowhere near the pulse!

Have to admit I'd agree... first impression better than when I saw the motorshow IROC. Must be getting old

Apparently so... proposal is South American build for the US market since they don't get to Rocco over there. Since first post some more info has crept into view: It's powered by a 1.4-litre TSI motor with 148bhp and 162lb fit of torque, coupled with a 27bhp electric motor supported by the latest lithium ion battery technology. Top speed is said to be 141mph, while 62mph arrives from a standing start in 8.6secs. CO2 emissions are a decidedly impressive (and UK road tax busting 98g/km).

Saw this on worldcarfans over the weekend and now it's been mentioned on PH too... someone on the PH forum described it (obviously in remarkable error) as potentially the 'new Corrado', but if you're not sure about the new Scirocco but like the Audi A5, you'll probably like the look of this: http://www.worldcarfans.com/110011123910/vw-new-compact-coupe-concept-unveiled-for-detroit-debut

Mine's a 95, first sold & registered in 96 - definitely reads on the MFA - sensor must also must be completely up the chuff as was registering -42C when I drove it yesterday :)

So, Bernie and Genii (the company who now own 75% of Renault) have put in a bid for SAAB... bets on Kubica in 'SAAB powered by Renault' F1 overalls before end of the season?! :cuckoo:
-
not a Mail reader... So Flav not particularly well liked in the paddock then?
-
whatthehellareyudoingdownthere? wash your mouth out!! Here's western Southampton as at midnight... not enough to cover a MicroMachine, let alone a whole Corrado:pathetic.JPG[/attachment:23jtgr1p]

chap, are you seeing something I'm not?? There's chuff all down our way... I'm going out with some flour to do a better job...

So, Button gets an MBE and Ross Brawn scores a OBE in the New Year's honours list. Well done chaps :salute:
-
that actually made me a bit sick in my mouth :pukeright: :(
-
Me neither... he'll either be great or just tarnish the fact that he left pretty much at the sharp end. Hope that I'm not deploying this smilie by March: :epicfail:
-
I stand corrected... :salute:

No not mine Rob, it's hard to tell from the scan but that one is an M reg, mine was on an N before the plate change. I wonder if anyone on here owns it?[/quote:2lentsq3] What's the chances the one in the pic has long since been butchered, ragged and reshaped by interfacing with something beside the road at speed? :(
-
na not me buddy, may have spotted that one a few weeks ago tho. see a black c parked on the driveway round the corner from me in dibden purlieu alot aswell. just as well I didn't wave like a loon then... swing by my place and you'll see a black C that's not budged an inch in 3mths :(

Just followed blue C N634xxx out of Southampton city centre... Jinked out round a slow campervan and rode the amber lights at Millbrook, so missed the creed. Possibly vwdomo?
-

So, the good: Sauber gets exiting Toyota's gridslot for 2010 the bad: Renault f1 rumoured to be for sale or at least backing out as manufacturer on prefernce to being engine supplier only the ugly: Lotus have allegedly exhumed and signed Jacques Villeneuve meanwhile, Benson gets BBC SPOTY nomination... No doubt he'll have Lewis's Dad doorstep challenging him if he wins - that's not a nice way to start a 3-season team driver line-up*

is that as in Kruder & Dorfmeister? The double disc sessions disc with their versions of 'Bug Powder Dust' and Depeche Mode's 'Useless' are superb... perfect sundowner/Sunday album 8) Yup. That's the one. I've had it on minidisk for about 10 years, it's absolutely awesome. Sweet :salute: Probably have to bust this out tomorrow myself now!
