how do you check if the lambda sensor is fecked? Black sooty deposit around the end of exhaust but i pput that down to chip before i got pulley fitted. now pulley is fitted, its still black?

mocal oil cooler.... with this keeping the oil cooler wouldnt the supercharger perform better? or am i wrong? If so whats the web address for stealth where they sell them? Whats the procedure to fitting one?

Can some one tell me in its simplest form as to where i can find the ISV and also tell me what it does? Keep hearing on here to check that its cleaned out. SO im going to do mine seen as it sounds important. Cheers guys

lol def something not right if its running at 140C at 100mph. how much would you be expected to pay for one of the oil coolers? it'd be worth it, supercharger would work better.

KevHaywire- when ive got out the car and the engine is off sometimes the fan runs on for a bit, so i pressume the fan is working ok

Sorry if this has been posted before. But read a thread about it and people were saying 90-94 was normal when driving and 105 is normal in traffic but........ my G60 can run up to 110. Its normally at 100-110 is this too high. The other day when it was humid and a bit of a storm it went up to 116 in traffic? is this too high and if so why and how do i sort it?

Im onto my second C and its the second time the back part of the heat shield has come loose. Id just take it off.

DAMN could have done with that little trick 3 weeks ago, ended up getting the tensioner back on but snapped half the thread in the process and had to replace that. Sounds like it could work better then the jubilee trick. Nice one! -
what is this think about Jabbe sport being shit? I thoguht they were ok, apparently not though. Explain steve. I havent been informed about the problem with jabbe

well it pulls better then i thought, just got back now expecting this part of leeds to be queued up due to festival. But no, managed to straaaight rag this done up corsa. fOOking hate those things!

Olly- what you mean thats one of your problems? Thanks for the info lads. Ill go see about getting the timing checked etc see if that turns anything up. If not ill try the list of things that was stated earlier.

firstly the car has been hpi checked. And the MFA was working when i bought it but stopped working properly for whatever the reason is. I got the charger rebuilt by jabba about a month after i bought it (about 5 months ago). Theres a shorter belt on. Seems to use a fair bit of fuel. Checked the fuses, non blown. The boost check proceedure, ie turn key turn MFA on to 2 press button turn engine off etc doesnt work, i presume cos MFA keeps losing its memory. Had it on the rolling road before chip and pulely about 2-3 months ago and was showing normal. What sensors do i need to check where are they and how do i check them. Well im undecided as to how the car is feeling when i drive it. Sometimes feels ok, other times feels a dog. AND a problem that i keep reporting on here but cant get any solution is the jerking. If ive got constant revs and speed i can feel the car jerking but its alot worse when going slow. The car is slow off the mark even with the pulley and chip. Getting it back on the rolling road maybe a good idea. It feels like the charger doesnt kick in until higher revs, ( i know the charger is always providing a certain amount of boost). Its all peving me off! :?:

fitted the chip myself. If any of you know "banana man" real name Ant, i bought it off of him. Bloke called Steve who knew him said he was genuine. But Steve said it will have been an early sns chip. No idea what boost im getting. Fitted the chip myself after getting instructions from ant. A mechanic who specialises in working on VeeDubs fitted the pulley for me. By the way any ideas why my digital clock on dash and trip counter would reset everytime ignition is switched off? Temp and average speed etc still works just clock and trip gets reset.
