Aloha, bought my 4th rado vr a few weeks ago from oakley on here. Thought id put a few pics up of what ive done so far...this is how i picked it up

we use fat wheels on the isle of sheppey, really good work. I can collect and drop off if need be for any forum members as i get a bit of a discount and i work on the island. The bodyshop round the corner from us does wheel refurbing too, £40 per wheel but not seen any of their work yet Hope this helps Gav

im confident its putting out in the region of 250bhp, unsure of torque figures but think its only running between 6.5 and 7.5psi of boost. Got a few teething problems we need to sort out first mainly in the breathing dept but at the end of the day it does as it says on the tin.......its a supercharged corrado vr6. we're doing things a bit differently and no doulbt we're going to get critisiced on reliablity etc etc. For a start its a Z-engineering stage one....not a vortech... Main reason being we're not running through a mapped set of chips, but purely through an uprated fuel pressure reg. No wide band....i say again no wide band. But it does the job. Later we will get it mapped by Wayne at chipwizards, he is in my opinion a god in the mapping world for jobs that ive given hes never let me down or the friends cars hes mapped or the gt3 cup cars he maps. Bottom line its not going to go bang. Anyhoo....i need therapy now as my missus officaly has a faster car then me....my only hope for me to keep any vain amount of masculinity is that ive got a mahoosive willy........oh feck...guess id better get myself a turbo.

fingers crossed will be this week, if your in a rush i can place them on without tyres to give you an idea if its any good. Cant set bloody coilovers up yet as im a twat and lost the two retaining nuts for the top of the rear legs....sorry offtopic but im a bit p£££ed about it anyhoo....

used to be my thing but not done any since Outlon park late summer last year. British tracks are ok but compared with whats available in Eurpoe its worth the trip. Even Folembret is worth a visit, (approx 1.5hrs from calais). Nurburgring is a must for every petrol head to visit at least once in their lifetime but be warned it is very addictive. Angleseys a good little track and often forgotten, Lydden in Kent is just too damn short imo (unless your on a small cc bike) Theres some really good deals if you shop around, but it is very demanding on whatever vehicle your using. aye, you want to go with someone that uses a good quailty film and knows what theyre doing ( daft thing to say i guess as that pretty much goes without saying) i had mine done by a mate who does it for a living. Expect to pay in the region of 150-200 id say to have it done properly. Check with your ins though cos people like Elephant etc will invalidate your policy if youve got aftermarket tints of any description. Even if you do try to describe it as safety film to portect you in the even of an accident...lol....errr... Gav

yup, my s2 was legal, got stopped for speeding ages ago in it, federalis went over it with a fine tooth comb including checking level of tint. Not all carry them. Gav

Had the windows on my s2 tinted a very light smoke,

theyve got a small handheld machine that measure the transluscency of the glass. Have a look at some of the vectra sri's they had a smoked tinted window option that was slightly darker than the norm and is about as dark as you can legally go Gav

that looks like burgundy pearl in the top pic, almost black Park it beside a blackberry one, brings out the burgundy loads Gav

theres a guy in Dubai did this, turbo'd r32 lump, 4x4. Used loads of porker bits on it. Everything bar the shell was brand spanking new Keep us posted with pics....congrats on the win by the way. nice to see someone with a bit of luck every now and again Nice one Gav
