yes this is the small belt on the outside of the charger under the black cover "top letf when fitted to car) you should all be running wide belts by know too...

woody, the g60's do react very well to an oil cooler the favorite place for fitting is on the front crossmember just in front of the charger and right in the airflow most places(inc g-werks) can supply you with a kit for around £130 this will be diy fitment but you might find it a bit tight to fit the sandwich plate in without fitting the rs outlet ...

The switch is less than £15 inc vat... It's worth doing it as the other contacts will be on their way out too so you could find that you have to hot-wire your car to get the ignition on even if you put in a starter switch :shock: Yes, I've just done one on mine, it's dead easy... Take out the drivers seat, undo the 3 screws on the steering cowling. Lie down with your head resting on the brake peddle, unclip all of the wiring to the switch gear and with a torch and a watch-makers cross head screwdriver, undo the small brass screw. The switch will then drop out... In true instruction styleee, refitting is the reverse! :lol: Took me 20 mins including working out how to do it... :D leew put a new ing switch in the car around 3mts ago... noi wasnt there those pics were posted on the cgti forum... if i was there i would of come over and said hello :lol:

with the large front mount you should be able to run a wilder chip as you are getting a far better supply of cool charge now...

rob are you after a g-werks re-circ kit then :lol: you allready have the blanking plate dont you ... so you will only need a few more bits ps the wont be any oil anywhere either...

the std air box is a cold air feed but seems restricted to me stuck behind that headlight! not with a 70mm tube running in to it via the old cc hole :lol: and being drawn in through the brake duct... this i somthing im working on and as i said before the lid of the std box will proberly be an ali repalcement with 76mm inlet to the charger etc...

btw guy's the std airbox with cold sir feed is still better than ANY induction kiti have tryed.. my design is workingalong the same lines but with a larger inlet to the charger..
