I love this Picture alot.. Reminds me why this is my favorite Corrado.

If you are having problems setting up your cam timing and you have someone there can can help you set the bvernier up then i would say yes. Vernier pulleys come into there own when you need that 1/2 tooth adjustment, I would proberly sugest you get the car back up and running correctly first though before adding another problem into the equation.

Any normal place will cut it for you. My place charges £1.
-
Not on yrs mike as you have a custom map.
-
not as kool as they look now
-
i would be suprised if a narrowband wideband would adjust when tweaking the pot.
-
Yes the 8v vernier cam pulley is the same as the g60 one so it will fit with no problems ? Are you running an aftermarket cam ?
-
The problem with the lhd one is that you still need extra parts to mount the throttle body @ 90* if you want it to look OEM as per the limited you saw in our workshop. We now supply a custom cast manifold for this application which echo's the style of the s2 manifold but with no cutting and allready cast with a g60 throttle body flange. There are many ways to build an engine of this style and things like rhd really need to be taken into consideration. Plan it well and you will have somthing that will make you smile for a long time to come.

you will not fit big brake kti behind those borbets.. Go outside and look at the spoke-caliper clearance..
-
just use a 65amp Mike.. 90amp is only needed for air con cars or somthing running a big ice install

what immobiliser does it have ? -
Whats leading you to think its the coil explain what you have found andy ?
-
it also depends on the style of hub centre they have used on this bbs wheel. Some use a generic centre bore that house the correct size adapter ( this could then be ok for you) If you can find out the part number of the wheel i can check this for you
-
Be a little careful here as the hub centre for a mini is 56mm vw is 57.1mm

Its not a Dealer discount Steve, Its KW's Birthday so they are discounting there product as a special'brithday' offer. Im fully aware of the discount ruling from KW/WEitec and im suprised you hadn't been made aware of the special offer being offered by KW. http://g-werks.com/Site/pageurl/Special ... fault.aspx Any way back on topic..

For a limited time the KW varient 1's are also in the same price range as we are doing a special on them. I agree with above though the weitecs are great value for the cash also.

It sounds to me like the seals not fitted right mate -
3hrs max to do a heater matrix. I belive there is also a good write up on the wiki section of this site. The dash dosent need to come out but the fascia panel does (well it makes it easier.)

Both the golf/Corrado came from the factory with the same power. Albiet the golf with a huge front mount intercooler.
-
the kits do differ in length iirc i would change them for the longer front hose's (if there not the ones you have) as then you can do away with all the extra gubbins on the front calipers.
