    Drop her in nice and square rotate untill you feel it drop down about 5mm the twist and lock... I do agree though they could of made the access hole a little bigger..

    i have the exact material spec and it throws some intresting theory's on welding it up on the eng-tips forum we came to the conclusion that you need a helishield with 0% oxygen and some special rods which i will look up as i cant remember.

    We also have some lightened and balanced flywheels in stock for £105 exchange they are 42% lighter than stock and then dynamiclly balanced.

    is there any chance of redrilling them to 4x100 ? i know its possible on some and they even have the pilot holes cast into them ? I cant see then fitting right if having to use spacers and et0 unfortunatly

    It was a little trick a certian mad belgium guy tought me... there is actually a setting to open them this way... :lol: it follows the line of the car so well :lol:

    Its dropped more now then when we went to maina as the suspension was only a day old and had not settled then... Its dropped about 10mm front and i modded the rear to gain another 25mm out of the rear! :lol:

    Now cleaned for the first time since e38...2k miles ago :lol:. Also got the wheels fitted alot better now with the help of some spacers "well bigger ones anyway"!

    I actually remember 99% of what you have listed.. A friend of mine actually has greg dawsons infamous red lhd g60 with the white wheels. It was also a sad day when Ron ashatini's kahaki Green vr was stolen... To this day i have still not seen another ...Is there one on this forum btw ?

    In my opinion it is by far the best mod to carry out on any corrado g60.

    he also painted my passat and many of my customers cars... Roger is a "happy" guy but his paint work is second to none.. i wouldn't send my cars anywhere else.
