got ready to smash it with a bloody sledgehamme!!!! Cant get wishbones off, hence cant get tracking done, hence killing my tyres again Cant get 2 bolts off so can change the leaking rocker cover gasket that peeing out oil. cant get a damn crankcase hose that has decided to get a ruddy great hole in it so maybe a good smack with a hammer will make me feel like keeping it :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:

Any help appreciated, re getting off wishbones at the front of a G60 that are completely rusted on apparantly, according to the garage I took it too, any way apart from grinding the bolts off at all, thats gonna cost me loads in labout costs. :(

Dark coloured Raddo with a light green passenger door, in need of some love and care..... at lights in Notts today at about 11am you were turning right I pulled up next to you, but dont think you noticed me. Would have offered you a ton to take it off your hands :D

Get other half to sort out the heater (after new matrix) got no warm air now!! Then replace the rest of the missing dash board. Give it a good clean inside and out again. Then off to meet other like minded Raddo owners in Derby :D

Well where do I start.......... Other half, replaced Knackered heater matrix over the weekend, and killed my dash in the process...so I have just had that out and sorted it out and now working again. Topped up the water and gave it some much needed oil. Took out for a spin with half the lower dash still out and find damn spoiler not going up as it should, works ok with the dash switch, so back to under the bonnet till sorted. :(

Totally agree, but you should have seen them doing 'ONE' live....... :clap: I don't think I've ever seen Metallica live. Mind you, just because I have no recollection of it doesn't mean it never happened! :lol: Fear Factory were really cool, I saw them back in 1998. Sepultura were wicked as well. But the gigs of my life are Smashing Pumpkins farewell tour (frankly they shouldn't have come back) and the Foo Fighters secret acoustic gig at the Ipswich Regent in 2006. :D Ohh you piggy...would have loved to see FF doing that.....seen them a couple of times......fantastic......my 3 yr old loves them too, but not as much as Metallica, she told me she was 18 so she could go to see them.....ahh......she knows all the lyrics to loads of FF, Metallica and QOTSA.....proper little rocker. :D

Same place as mine is fitted, had it a couple of years now and superb oil never goes above 96deg. But mechanic said never ever again!!

Today was a bl**dy nightmare......... taxed the car (been sorn for a few weeks)...had to drive very carefully, due to exhaust having killed the rubbers..... came home..went out....car not starting.....jumped it with the battery pack gave it a good run...stopped.....jump started it again..... picked up new front indicator to rplace the one smashed by dosy cow not stopping at a giveway.......jump started it AGAIN Picked up new rubbers....jump started it again.... HAD ENOUGH....WENT HOME Fitted new light, rubbers etc, checked all fluids Decided to try to start car......been sitting for a good few hours.....BLOODY STARTED FIRST TIME I HONESTLY THINK THAT VW'S ARE ALL MARDY....LEAVE THEM FOR A WHILE AND THEY DONT WANT TO PLAY ANYMORE BUT HAPPY TO BACK ON THE ROAD :D :D

a bit :offtopic: i was thinking of putting little stickers down the doors so i could make a tally of the various critters i have hit especially in my van :lol: , i set off at 5am to go to work and it seems like most animals reactions are even slower at that time of the morning, especially pigeons, pheasant, and rabbits, they just sit there seemingly oblivious to the van heading towards them and you can guarantee if you swerve they swerve the same way :cuckoo: I usually manage to avoid the stationary ones with the van as they usually just freeze so you can drive over them without harm, but the corrado is a bit lower :( Its the ones that jump out of the hedgerows just as your passing that usually end up as road kill, in the last couple of years they have cost me 2 grills, 2 windscreens, 1 mirror, 1 headlight and now a cv boot and a partridge in a pear treeeeeeeee! sounds more like hunting than it does like driving...you know vehicles are intended for your driving pleasure and not meant to be used with deadly intentions?![/quote:dxyjqr3k] It's pidgeons with me .....usually in flight.....I know its an awful thing to say but seeing one in the rear view mirror rolling along the road after being hit is really quite satisfying..............Raddo 3 Pidgeons 0 :D

Good idea, thought it was pretty easy to sort out...apart from jammed screws................. :)

removed the non working spoiler mech..which suddenly decided to stop going up (went down ok)......whole thing.....after having to saw, bang with a hammer ansd prise out stupid spoiler screws that refused to move..... Bl**dy wiring wrapped all round had to disconnect and cut some (spliced them back to gether later) Replaced with new mech..............took it for a little run to see if working.........wha hey back to normal service.....missed my spoiler so much :luvlove:

ALSO......according to my bro who worked for renault for years, they also have very bad electrical problems, ie windows, sunroofs, etc and he wouldnt touch one

reported to police today as they are now OPEN FOR BUISNESS :D She was driving a pug 306 ..looked pretty new, and obviously paid for by daddy!!

I was had crept out of the junction and was nearly at the centre doing about 2-4 mph, she came out of nowhere, swerved, i hit the back end of her, damaged front bumper, lights etc, kids not happy, she got out further down the road, blamed me, I was out of the car by this time, looking at damage, she got back in her car as it was in the middle of the road...me thinking she was going to move it to the side and sort out details....no...she drove off.....I got back into raddo and quickly followed (obviously thinking she was doing one).....managed to catch up with her as she had driven all the way down the road and stopped outside local shop? Realised it was her mum in the passenger seat who owned the shop.....she went inside and came back out with her brother...and they all looked really suprprised that I had caught up gave me loads of verbal, told them i was calling police as she had driven off, was told that the raddo was a banger and do what you like...so I did...asked for insurance details..they gave me a folded bit of paper....that was blank...very f**kng funny, so got out of hte car and stood next to hers until got her details...she claimed it was my fault, even though you can clearly see the whole junction and any cars, and even though i was halfway out and there was clearly give way signs and markings on the road. very very angry!! all she got was a few scratches this is a really nasty junction and it used to be a main road with side streets if you get what i mean, but thye changed it to crossroads and give ways a few years ago, i have laways been very careful pulling out here and yesterday ws no exception and as it is raised like a speed ramp cant go over it fast anyway.....she just came straight down the road and bang Anyway have to go to the police station today to report her for driving off.....went yesterday but guess what....IT WAS CLOSED!!
