the carpet looks amazing.

My car never had an imobilizer tho... so that kinda rules that out

The late style is MK3 handles. I found them for $35 at TMTuning http://www.tmtuning.com/HOME/catalog/pr ... oduct=1083

My G60 Cluster has that too. I will go check my late style VR cluster in a bit to see if it has it. I always wondered what it was for.

trig's 94 OBD2 VR6 - New Wheels!!!! (...finally)

very nice car :thumb right: I im boggled by the great gas mileage you are getting. I knew the OBDII was easier to tune via chip tunning but I didn't think it would make that kind of difference.... that is better gas mileage than my MK1 -

I used 3m part number 08088. It is the second stickiest glue they make according to 3m... the other one being heat resistent and instantly bonding (not good for headliners) Thank you -

the headliner gets a bit tough to do around the visor area, it takes alot of working. Took my around 8 hours for the large piece of the headliner. I am still working on the seal that goes around the sunroof hole. I ran out of glue half way through last night so i am going to have to wait to finish that. That piece is probably going to be the hardest to finish. -
any side shots of the shaved markers?

Got the headliner in, and the sunroof section of it. I need to finish the gasket that goes around the headliner/sunroof area and install all of the pillars. I shoudl be able to get all of that done in a couple hours tomorow. As you can see by the last pic, I still have a good deal of work to do though. -
i forgot about the projectors. I think the mk3 lights in the grill would look good.

Yeah, the car needs a 45 mm front splitter so I can run a lower profile tire and go a bit lower. When I pull my engine out soon I am going to notch the frame rail on the passenger side to allow the axel to clear with it that low. Thanks for the comments about the headliner. I am actually going to try and put it in, along with a new sunroof tomorow. @ billinjahg60 I am looking for a full euro belt conversion for tan interior (all of the trim pieces, center console, etc etc) I will post up more pictures tomorow when I do the headliner. -

I would love to get rid of my seat belts. It is kind of ironic that you guys want what we don't and visa versa. My bumper will be shaved of the side markers when i do the rest of the body work. That bumper offer is very tempting though. I need to make some quick cash and start getting parts from you guys :thumbleft: -
have you thought about using the city lights in european headlights as turn signals?

Thank you, no I don't do that for a living. I am actually trying to find a new job right now and I am a college student. I got bored last week and decided I should start re-trimming my headliner. I still need to do the visors but they are a bit trickier as I have to learn how to sew to do them. -

Depending on if I can get one or not. I have an SLC front bumper for my car and there is a chance that I could get ahold of another one... Shipping might cost the price of a corrado LOL And why would you want a US front bumper? -

It is so nice to see people that are so willing to help each other out. Even if others are halfway around the world :thumbleft: On a side note I just redid my headliner and sunroof console in white suede. -

I think it needs to be at least another 1/2 inch lower personaly  and to answer the question about the paint yes it is a high perl paint. Three stage paint, base pearl and clear. It is really hard to get a good picture of it especially since it isnt on the car, just on the lid of the can. -

I beleive that the grey interior had black handles... correct me if I am wrong. I know my tan interior has black handles and my early style grey interior I had was black handles... if that is all you are looking for then I should have some laying around somewhere. If not I will just go down to russell's house (vwfastg60) and pick up a set. -

It tore a small hole in it around the drain plug. I luckily turned off the car quick enough to not spin any bearings, but I did have some valve noise afterwards. and it was deffinatly a bit of a wakeup. I am just glad I did that with a G60 and not a VR6, G60 bearings are alot stronger than the VR's -
you guys are lucky being able to get the factory recaros. I wonder how much shipping would be to the US for a set of front seats?

is the leather an easy to find item over your side of the world ? ....it`s not too bad here but prices can range from £300 to £1200 , condition and rarity being the main factor I spent about 1500 USD on a full interior, dash and carpet. And probably another 500 on all of the looms to switch to the late style interior. I plan on spending about 500 - 800 on just front seats that are in good condition. The problem over here is no one takes car of their cars, with few exceptions. and here is my oil pan after me not paying attention.... to give you an idea of how "glassy" our roads are out here
