can any one explain the different numbers on relay and do they correspond to the positioning in the fuse box. i have a few gaps where relays should be . is this right or should all positions have them in .

is there any way that i could bypass the immo . i know it is a big risk and i am sure i live in one of the worst parts of mancunia. but it would only be for a short time , so i could at least get it to a garage.

take it to an auto electrician. could the immo be closin off my fuel pump? just read in the sticky that early c use voltage pulses (blink codes ) to find faults. never heard of this before. is there another system that reads these codes? is an immo problem usually easy/hard to sort?

had a machanic out to the c last night as i haven't been able to start it since i returned from spain last week . and he said it was something to do with the electrics . the fuel pump primes up and the engine starts running for about thrty secs then it cuts out . the mechanic said he thought the immobiliser was cutting the fuel pump off. i have just been looking at the vag-com scanning and help thread and dont fully understand wether i can get my c hooked up to this system . i hav a 1.8 16v 91 . i have just looked under the gaiter inside the car and see that i have only one of the 2x2 ports . can anyone shed any light on the situation please. oh i have also had the battery off this week. thanks wes :x

cheapest quote so far 1833.89 so i would be saving nearly a grand. but this is the best bit.............. accidental damage excess 700.00. i think they think i am made of money , obviously the insurance people dont own corrados. gonna keep searchin.

gonna start the search for quotes again . how boring and frustrating is it ,when you put all your info into the comp and then they cant do any thing for you or there is no saving at all . allot of companies just laughed when i initially wanted the insurance .gonna try brentacre now............... back in a mo to let yall know

just thinking about next years insurance. and was wondering how nuch of a reduction insurance companies give to customers . the corrado is my first car and i paid wait for it................. 2750.00 pounds. i am 25 and have made no claims at all. how much do you guys and gals think will get taken off when its time to renew my policy.

anything with a rolling bass line is always good pumping from your corrado. tendancies to listen to roni size, andy c , asian dub foundation also beastie boys no 1fan. fave tune live at pjs fave album check your head . the use of double bass on this album is well funky.

it will be los alcazares in the costa blanca . i think thats right. my whole family lives out here . the car is 1.8 valver . would you recomend driving through france or gettin the ferry to north spain and doing it that way. congratulations on the promotion walesy. wes

hey all am in spain at the moment really missing the car , and this bright white focus diesel estate makes me feel like a taxi driver. so i thought that when i come back for summer i will bring my corrado along . does anyone have any good advice for a long journey like this and what precautions are good/bad .

what the difference is between aclutch for a 1.8 16v quoted £120 plus vat and a clutch kit quoted at £60 plus vat . the first one was from a vw dealers and the other was from a mate whoworks in the industry. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

southport beach . not a good idea at all . sand every where but i am sure thats just common sense . then when we where on the car park my "friend" jumpped in the drivers seat and reversed it up the sand bank . yeah thanks for that buddy , preceeded to give him a good kicking after that.

was driving to prestonlast night with my dodgy clutch and the battery light statted going on in a sort of rythem but there was no loss of power and every thing seemed to be workin fine except the clutch . any ideas?

is it best to get it fitted there as well?

hey peeps back again for some good advice. its obvious my crutch er sorry my clutch is wrecked or at least on its way out . withhi revs and not going any where fast . was just wonderin what the best thing to do is . i would like a good one . is there a sport clutch for the 1.8 16v 1991 beast. and how should i be paying some one to fit it if i get the parts ? when a clucth "goes" what actually happens 'and which parts are broke and where the hell do they go? much appreciated wes
