new injectors in the g60 are they easy to fit? and also how do they better the car over the standard ones?

i've had a top of the range flip down sony i reall liked the quality of that the dso button worked wonders have the clarion with flip screen now is good too havent really fiddled with that too much thou! also sony had so many wonderfull little extras could even change it to pink lol!

thats defo the problem i proper took my whole 8v interior out an wired all the wires in together and then put plastic ties on them looked so neat and nice so happy then turned it all on and i had the worst interference ever!

Potatonet_ OR its the oil in, if the car is equipped with no boost return then the oil goes out to the K&N filter which then gets fumey and seeps its way into the heater system, it does sound like this one! can you please explain it a bit better as what to do as im a total novice potatonet thankyou for answers

thankyou very much everyone! so i've gotta make sure i do the front two as well? gixxer i have looked at the back one and once i had taken the cap off theres hardly any room! it doesnt exactly rub constant! its on dips and big bumps the arch is cutting into tyre! i just thought if i made it harder then this would eradicate that but can see that ride would be uncomfortable!

hello lads have koni coilovers all round but want to make the rear harder and have less rear dampening so that i can run it lower! i have heard something about a key but i havent got one! so can this be done?

they are wiked they must be pretty hard to control i drove my mates petrol one which he can slide alot and i couldnt handle it alot of pratice me thinks! maybe they are set up in different way to his plus he has totally the wrong tires!

the matey who had it before had a problem with the heating hot then cold i also know he changed the thermostat over! if this is any help not sure if he replaced blower mtor thou!

hi flusted yeah i cant remember whether it did it when you came in car but its quite strong at times but then nmost of the time it doesnt happen? it is like a plasticy greasy burning smell bit like flusted said sorry cant describe it never smelt something like it before?

it was fiddled with a little while ago before i brought car as the matey actually was getting no hot air?

hi lads have this really not very nice burning smell today and a few times in past? but its defo not petrol smell! Im a bit worried as obviously you think supercharger is knackered? its only happened a few times before when in 5th! but today I had heating on full heat but the fan power on 0! if that makes sense! and it felt like it was making the smell in pretty much every gear? can someone please advise? could it be the heater matrix? or is the supercharger in bad repair? the boost its running seems fine not quite as high as Id like but not low enough to have a boost leak or broken charger? the charger was rebuilt the end of 03! by jabba sport and has done just under 14k since being re-built!

im on 144k runs sweet! the 8v is a solid engine i had an 8v gti before this and never had a problem! just service it reguarly and she should go for ages! you could get darren from g-werks to do you an intermediate service! and a health check! he's the man in the know when it comes to the g-ladder
