Mine seems to run slightly hotter.. About mid gauge for water on a run, but the oil runs 110-122 depending on traffic... Mind you I did get a quick beep (no light though) from the dash when giving it beans off a roundabout at the weekend so probably need to top off the oil... Mind you could have been the horrific camber change sloshing the oil about too...

_leon_, If it's the same stuff they used in their Air-cooleds then good luck! Even after 30+ years the stuff never sets fully and can be a real PITA to remove properly... You'll end up with rags soaked in Thinners all over the floor... This stuff has a two part job, first is "waterproofing" but the second is sound deadening, so if you do stip it all off and go the Hammerite route, remember to put some Dynamat (similar) on the floor pans/ Tunnel etc.. Otherwise it'll be loud!

It'll go the way of Splitties, we'll start importing more and more from "Dry" countries, then we'll end up with more LHD than RHD.... Come to think of it was the Rado ever exported to a "Dry" country?

Q: As we can't see the outside, just the clocks..... R/road or Autobahn? Can you really imagine what holding onto a Rado would be like at 170+mph! Am loving it, much like Wire's "stock" Grey Q car...... I'm off to hide my wallet in a very deep hole.. :D
