My lights are quite dark and I've had no problems from the cops at all (yet). Check them out in the members gallery under "My 1992 G60", it might give you an idea how dark you may or may not want to go.

Not really sure what you mean about movement from the drivetrain when accellerating. Could you possibly explain a bit more please? My front right disc is warped and figured that it might have caused premature wear on that side. New discs and pads arrivind today... woo hoo! How much were your wishbone mounts anyway? They sound as though they are not very good quality if they went after 4 months. My first Corrado and I've only had it 3 months so don't know much about them. This site has been a great well of knowledge.

My 92 G60 makes a clunking noise when on or almost on full lock. I'm thinking the CV joint is on the way out, or is it something else? Any help would be muchly appreciated as would an idea of the cost for new parts. Thanks :?

I think I'll be going through on the Sunday. What time does it start and is there anyone else heading over from Glasgow direction on the same day? Would go for the whole weekend but I've got to study one day at the weekend for an exam I've got on Tuesday.

MJ Interiors do full retrims including door cards from £750. Give them a call cause the work is fantastic. they do quite a bit of the interiors you see in The Golf and Preformance VW.

I have a 92 G60 (early type) and need to know how to get the foglights out. I have removed the indicators and the two screws that hold the foglight in place. Does the fog just pull out or is there a knack to it? Probably really simple but it's the first thing I've tried to do to my C in the three months I've had it. Thanks in advance, biggrim

They are Scotlands JABBASPORT agent and you can get a hold of them on 01698254666 and ask them if they remove and send chargers to JABBA for work. I know Glasgow is not the closest place to you but it might be worth a shot.

NAh, it was already in it when I bought it. Cost the previous owner £850 though! Nothing compared to the price the Storm owner paid to get his car in the scrappy to donate the seats. Bet they were :mad: !!!

Apparently the Corrado was the first production car to have an active spoiler (so i've heard). I might be wrong so don't quote me on that one.

Which type of boost guage do most of you have fitted, one that reads in PSI or BAR? Currently mine is a TIM Turbo boost guage and reads from -1 bar to 1 bar. Just wondering cause lots of posts refer to psi when talking about boost through the charger. Only had my G60 3 months so apokogies if this is a dumb question. :?

I've been talking to one of the guys at BEDROCK VEEDUBS and he's been telling me of a set up that they do. It involves standard VAG discs which they send off to be cross-drilled combined with some Pagid fast road pads. All for £179.93. What do you guys think? From VENOMMOTORSPORT I can get a set of Black Diamond combination discs and perdator pads for £195 inc VAT & delivery. What should I do? Doesn't seem like much difference in price for what seem like two very different set-ups. Don't mind spending £150-£200 on them.

Do you know if they will fit ok into a rhd C?

Sometimes when I unlock my car the drivers side door does not unlock. The door pin comes up almost fully then decides it can't be ar$ed going the rest of the way. Luckily it hasn't happened anywhere publicly or when it's been raining but I'm sure it's only a matter of time. Plus, when I lock my car, after a couple of seconds I hear a faint whoosh from the drivers door. I suspect the pump for the central locking is knackered or on the way out. Any ideas?

I've got the mk3 stalks in my 92 G60 and everything works fine, including the MFA. But.... and it's a big but.... I have no idea how it is done as they were fitted to the car before i bought it. At least you know that it works in the end. Sorry i couldn't be of more assistance. Grim

Could be tempted chief. I've got one of them horrid metal kick-plates and when it's wet outside it can get a bit ropey McDopey to drive. Looking to get full carpeted carpets.

Just read a link about removing the dash and it looks like a complete pain in the ar$e to get out never mind putting another one in! Might just leave it for now. Cheers though Joe M

Was thinking of swapping my grey dash for a black one to match the colour of the car. Any ideas how easy/hard it'll be and if I'll be able to get a dash for relatively cheap? Cheers everybody

Doh! I thought the Storms had only the beige interior, my bad. I'll try to take some interior snaps and get them up here in a few days to get some opinions. The leather has seen better days and I'm trying too clean it up and get the vracks out of it cause i don't really want to retrim one of 250 interiors. Any suggestions on what to use. Currently using autoglym leather stuff. Cheers vr6storm.
