I bought an expansion tank but the connector doesnt fit the sensor, the prongs are too close together on the new one so id need a later type connector plus about 3 or 4 inches of the wire to the connector so i can snip my connector off and solder this new one in, ive shown a pic where ive used a temporary fix from connector to the expansion tank. many thanks

I have 4 of these available 2 of them have the "awesome" logo etched into the sides 1 of them is plain 1 of them is the 007ps older brother (bigger) but still a piston type like the 007p Theyre genuine Forge items that have been meticulously cleaned, then soft blasted with glass beads and then anodised . I have put new seals in and greased them up properly with the correct grease. Tested on my car for leaks and they hold pressure perfectly. Im offering these for £76.50 each including special delivery within the UK, guaranteed next day My phone number is 07943239335 Many thanks http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa171/volksdevilforum/DSC_0152.jpg[/img] http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa171/volksdevilforum/DSC_0151.jpg[/img]

ive recently changed front and rear discs and pads and also rear calipers and my brakes feel spongy too, i was told it would get better once they bed in. does make it interesting when approcahing traffic lights! does this sound about right?

I think if you mean you put it on and you decide that you dont like them, then yes its pretty easy to take off, id heat them up slightly with a hairdryer or such like and they wont leave a residue. Once theyre on, they do not peel off easily unless you want to as above by heating the film. Ive had them on my Golf Mk2 at the front, plus the Passat and now the cupra and its never come away or peeled off. Its a bloomin good product, like everything if you get the surfaces clean and do the prep properly its absolutely spot on.

Thats wicked Sean, really appreciate the effort. ---------- Post added at 8:58 PM ---------- Previous post was at 8:15 PM ---------- Right , its sorted, picture of the places where they both go to, just in case anyone else has this issue. I still dont know what they both do , unless its to open the hot air pipe thingy in the airbox
-
cheers Sean. thanks very much

Right ive got the pipe coning off the side and then there are some other pipes that are connected to a big thing ( sorry) and the pipes go to the inlet pipe just before the throttle body, ive tried feeling around for a nipple (!) for this pipe to attach to but theres nothing there bud. Ill put some pics up of what my bay looks like. ---------- Post added at 7:16 PM ---------- Previous post was at 7:09 PM ---------- So the big black thing that has an electrical connector on it has a few vac pipes connected to it and one of them goues to under the inlet pipe, but the pipe that goes from the airbox looks like it should go somewhere but I cant find anywhere in the bay which has a spare connector. Weird

heres hopin it will fix it, boy have you got some patience Neil, i take my hat off to ya! Was thinkin , would this be a possibility, please dont shoot me down in flames but as i understand it, the auxillary shaft powers the dizzy shaft via a worm gear? If the worm gear was worn on the auxillary shaft and it slipped a tooth every now and then, would that make the mark jump about? I dunno if that sounds right , probably load of rubbish, thought id share in the vain hope it may point to summat Hope it is a success mate Manny :)
