fitted new ball joints,tie rod ends,wishbones, powerflexed the new wishbones,front anti roll bar,front sub frame and rear beam and new discs and pads all round. just need to get the tracking ect set up when i put the new head,fmic red tops ect back on and get her running again

there's a valve you can put in the pipe to the guage to stop it going potty at idel and on over run

1 i think there is a check/oneway vavle on that outlet as if you put the ECU pipe one that one by mistake the ECU can't see any boost and the car runs badly, have a look at the brake servo pipe just before the check vavle there's a spare point there that works 2 with boost return deletion you should get a dump vavle noise anyway

you can get it to lock/unlock the doors but not start the car only vw can do that

today to striped the head and charger off. the water pump,lower pully and 3 head bolts was rounded off :( . some twat replace the head gasket with a paper one badly :cowboy:, all the charger bolts was loose :nono: the nut that holds the alt pully on is missing lucky the pullys stuck to the alt :oops: and the lower pully for the power steering is shot :( time for a pint or two me thinks

got a pair of wishbones to fit my powerflex bushes to along with the rest of the bushes,ball joints, tie rod ends rack boots ect ect. the head and charger is coming off at the weekend and if i have time start on the botom end

G12+ is now purple but as posted it will mix with any other antifreeze

check your brake lights are working as they can light up the mil lamp if not

it may also be the t/stat stuck open, check the bottom hose on the rad from cold if it worms up as the same time as the rest of the hose's then its time for a new t/stat also open the bonit went its up to 90 and see if the fans running as you my not hear it

we get 8 to 9 a week come in to as at work with this or that fell off, brake faults,noise from brakes,cabin,engine,gearboxs (before the go bang with bits of the diff flying out) and lots of elec faults and more bits droping off and more noise. other then that there ok

oil pumps pack up more so if on longlife servicing. make sure the cambelt and water pump been changed -
a mate at works just bought it and has big plans for it 8) , it will be a show winner. its still a bit heavy at 750kg with a full tank need to strip a bit more yet :)

i've spent two weeks clearing up dead cars at work so i can start stripping the engine reddy for the big one and someone parks this in my way, never mind driving to gti next year will be fun

have you checked the pressure? it maybe a faulty switch or wiring?

but if it needs to vent over boost ie a boost spike then it can't, then your rods bend then pistons fly out the block ect ect

if this is a 92 golf td then its a ve engine, that means no lift pump in the tank,just the one pump on the engine runing off the cambelt

check the bleed off pipes on the injectors for leaks and check the rest of the pipes aswell. if fuel is leaking out air will get in and diesels don't like air in fuel lines
