I think using washers would be the correct way with these bolts, quite a small head on them compared to the oem flange head

What sort of bits and bobs, doubt your gonna find anything perfect, especially limiting your search to a Storm, so as you say, might be better just finding the best VR available

It does say in the write up that one of them was sold at Scotts, pretty hard to make out the plate though
