i agree with craigowl on the kwik fit thing. i got the lot done there a few months ago but the guys seemed a bit dodgy. my friend and i both ended up under the car helping them, which is the only reason i was happy with the work, still charged me tho :) the machine they have is good but its the people who use it who are shady, but i didnt know anywhere else to take it at the time, intrested to see how you get on stevie -
cheers guys, i didnt buy them. i'll just look out for an inlet cam on its own.....reasonably priced of coarse :D
-

bedrock in motherwell might be the place to go although i have not been there myself.......yet . if they dont do it kwik fit in paisley do the tracking, alignment and adjust the camber for £50 -
here is mine its a omp 300mm with a momo horn push, both bought off the big tartan judge, so much better than the old one (i think so anyway) :)
-
i had mine scratched a few months ago also. i got the guy who painted it to give it a polish. he used some sort of abraisive cream(not sure what it was  ) this took about half of the scratch away , not ideal but you dont notice it as much

you can buy a screw and nut remover set from halfords, it is a set of 5 or 6 drill type bits (various sizes) with a reverse thread . the way they are meant to work is when you tighten them (anti-clockwise) they remove the screw/nut. i bought them to loosen a bolt on my throttle body but couldnt get access, so i had to chisel it off. they are not dear , under a tenner i think good luck
