Used to run some 15s on my Moonlight Blue (now they sit in the cupboard!)
-
Had this sitting in a drawer for about 4 years...as you can see its bent at one end. Now then, what are you willing to offer for this gold dust?

Standard green M reg VR6 going anticlockwise on M25 on Sunday about half five/sixish.
-
Yeah, I still look at it, in 3rd chasing down second place. Don't come on here at all much any more which is why the title was out of date.

Classifieds - Bought Items "My History"

Sam, that may be partially my fault, this system confuses the hell out of me, but I've done a few things and it should now show up that you bought my stuff. -
Pulled up at a mate's wedding on Saturday to have some fella immediately walk over and start chatting about it. Think he said he was an admin on CCGB, his name was Sal and had the tag of C12ADO (or something like that, I then proceeded to get very drunk and forget). Crazy fool has 3 of the buggers! Nice to chat anyways. :thumbleft:

I'm sure you could arrange a swap with our Canadian/US cousins. And probably make some cash out of it if you were cunning! :)
-
Nah, some go up at 45, some at 55. Depends on the age of the car I think, my old valver went up at 45, the VR at 55. edit - beaten to it!
-
Yeah, of course. I also like the fact he goes to a Cannibal Corpse gig in the first one - apparently he really likes death metal! You should still check out the ska song tho, the chorus will be going round your head for days.
-
Very nice. Where abouts you based? Can't tell from the number plate. And is that a bizarre reference to the actual cans of tuna, or the great song by Mephiskapheles?

Hobo With A Shotgun - 7/10. This started as a spoof trailer in the Grindhouse films, but then actually got made with Rutger Hauer as the lead character. Despite being a 2011 release they shot it in Technicolor to give that authentic 70s look. Gory, funny and low budget, its definitely worth a watch.

There's two long tabs at the rear of the tray so you have to make sure they are lined up and then push it in flat. It could be your fusebox has come loose from the holder, have a look to see if it is resting in a notch on either side.

That could have well have been me. German plates, about 3ish? Got an electrical problem that causes the bugger to cut out. :(

Crystal Palace car show 29-30 MAY
The_Dude replied to The_Dude's topic in Event Announcements & Discussion
The only caveat is coming in on the M3 and going round the South Circular (A205) which can be a bit crap as its pretty much all traffic. I prefer to go round the M25 and then up the M23 thru Croydon. Its about 30 miles more, but much less traffic and takes only slightly longer. It depends how frustrated you'd get sitting in traffic for up to an hour! If you're coming up early on a Sunday it should be ok tho. I think last year was the first year they did it since the 70s, so don't feel bad. :) I should be wandering around in a CF or VW t-shirt, skinny guy with a big hooter - say hi if any of you see me! -
I used the AA about 10 years ago. Seemed OK if you're willing to pay for it. Are you a member of any of them cos maybe they would do a discount?
-
I wonder, if you took out the seats, if you could get it in thru the door, and then put the driver's seat back in to drive home??? Probably not lol

http://www.motorsportatthepalace.co.uk/ Motorsport at the Palace for you London and Surrey types. Held in Crystal Palace park and easily accessible by bus and train. And car too! I'll be there as I live about half a mile away :) Classic car show with a timed sprint event on part of the old race track that is now, sadly, no longer complete. Looks like lots of cool cars to ogle at: http://www.motorsportatthepalace.co.uk/competitorlist/sunday2.html http://www.motorsportatthepalace.co.uk/competitorlist/monday2.htm Some of last year's cars.

TH Mono - 8", 195/45s. They looked a touch small at the back but this summer I will be putting 195/50s on to bring the size back up.
