Unless you have a boost leak, you probably only have the stage 1 pulley on there, stage 2 is 8 psi. You don't need to convert to obd2 as you won't see any more power, but it will run a bit smoother. 294 off 6psi is good tho, I had 305 from 8psi and 263 cams.

Not yet Mr B, want to make sure its all safe and sound before posting pics. It will still need more running in when I get it back, as we gradually go for more cadbury's boost. It does look different to other installs on here, mainly due to keeping the stock manifold and the pipes as short as possible. Properly stoked, big thanks to DG Auto. Wish I'd done this 3 years ago instead of farting about with the Vortech for so long.

Its quite possible. I have had a drain in my car for a while, but it got significantly worse when I changed my old Alpine and fitted an XDA-200. Like you my live is spliced with the switched. Have you got a multimeter to test the drain on the battery? Pull out fuses one by one and measure the draw until you have narrowed it down. (something which I have yet to do! lol its all a bit of a mess behind the dash, so that's another project for the summer)

Well, I've spent the last month doing the miles and running in the engine and have just got back home from dropping her off at DG Auto. Now its to get some proper mapping! Its been really boring driving at 60 mph, can't wait to be able to bury my foot into the carpet. I've got to say that even at these low speeds, its a totally different animal to the supercharger I had before, its got a lot more torque which kept catching me out! Not so much throttle needed and she feels a lot more eager. Got a few bits to sort out but the install seems to have bedded in ok. More to come later...

Still don't have a small enough sub for it yet! I'll be giving my ICE a tidy up and upgrade once the weather is a bit nicer.
