look in my members thread dude, it's what i have on at the moment

I think it depends what Compomotive wheel you go for, If you go for a true motorsport wheel then you'll get something pretty light, like my CX-R's.
-
Not sure whether I like this or not, I think the square back looks a bit "hersey"
-
yep, I use them for the dash and interior plastics too. Best thing about having a nipper is you tend to have a cupboard full of them

If a turbo is something that tickles you I can highly recommend it. I really thought I'd miss the low down power of a supercharger but I've just adjusted my driving do keep the revs slightly higher to avoid lag. TBH the only thing I miss about a G60 is the sound ;)

I've had the car since Dec 2005. My folder of receipts exceeds £12k and I've stopped counting now! Edit: this excludes the purchase price of £2k and my car is still pretty shabby paint and bodywork wise

I think AW Tracksport have built (or at least attempted) an true G60 + turbo. I'm not sure I'd fancy filling a delicate G Ladder with the output of a turbo, we all know they are prone to detonation.

Anyone? -
I've had a pair of eccentric top mounts sat in my shed for the best part of a year and think it's about time I fitted them. All I know is that I have to drill 3 holes in the top of each strut to mount them, but with regards to the position of the turret i'adjustment, Im a little confused. I know that with these I can get camber/caster. All I'm looking for is a little bit (1-1.5 degree) caster. I can adjust camber at the bottom of the strut. Once I've got them all fitted, I'll then take it for a laser alignment. Any help/advice/pictures would be a great help. Cheers

same happened to the rears on mine mate. Give Venom Motorsport a call, thats where I got mine from. Give them a good layer of wax oil when you refit them too

Where about is Lincs are you? we could convoy down there!

I've thought about orange calipers with a blue car when I next paint them.
-
If only they did a RHD set
-
I think mine my be either a standard g60 or vr6 clutch, either way it works fine @ 306bhp - 348lbft
-
Double sided tape it to the middle of the steering wheel ;)
-
If the car was passed onto her brother, why isnt he the previous registered keeper??
-
Hmmm, the fronts feel very even and the pedal isn't spongy. The car pulls up evenly under braking too. I guess if there was air in one half of the system then I'd feel it in the pedal.

Having just seen some of the pictures from the show on Sunday I wish I would have blacked my tires and cleaned my wheels on Saturady instead of drinking too much :(
-
Cool, thanks for the replys guys Does the Bias valve work seperately for each side? I know for the drivers side that it works fine, when I release it the flow stops and with it held open the fluid flows. I'm going to take it to an MOT station tomorrow to get the rear brake effecience checked. The pedal feels fine and not spongy, but it's just strange how there is now flow to the bleed nipple.
-
Checked the nipple and it's clear :( Might be a good opertunity to fit the goodrich hoses for the rear I have in the shed :D
-
having just replaced the front calipers and bled them, I decided to bleed the rears today to improve the feel of the pedal. Tie Wrapped the Bias Valve open and bled the rear drivers side fine. Opened the passenger side and only a few drips come out. At the time I was using an ezibleed kit at 19/20psi. Reverted back to the conventional way with the wife on the pedal and she said there was a lot of resistance in the pedal, to the point where she couldnt press it to the floor even with the bleed nipple open. What could cause this and whats the best cause of action?

Yeh really happy with how the brakes look behind the wheels, they fill them nicely. I went for Vibratech front and rear. The gear box mount if fine (for now) but I'll put a vibratech on there when it wears out. Splitter is grey primer, I had sprayed it a while ago and the black has been worn off, needs redoing!
