Sounds good Troy, be watching with interest. Check out Junkies build thread in his signature, I'm sure it has the spec of his engine on the 1st or 2nd page. (this is the engine I now have :norty: ) -
Bingo, buy cheap, buy twice. learn by my mistake :?

Rado can stay at home today 01122010362.JPG[/attachment:2av00j4f] The Quattro loves this kind of weather though, I really want 4wd on the rado now :( 2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdf02122010362.JPG[/attachment:2av00j4f]

I'd go for Red's. I've had 2 sets of Green that have seperated (friction material from backing plate)

 arm bands, you planning on swimming? It's for when all the snow melts
-
Not yet but this morning was a bit interesting, even resorted to turning the boost down to .5bar :(
-
I dont think James @Sub11 rebuilds chargers, he's a 1.8t expert.

They'll be healthy numbers. 2.1l rebore? -
Hopefully supporting the engine in someway first - you should really re-fit the bumper brackets if you're leaving it like that as the engine is currently supported by 2 M8 bolts! but i thought the front mount is onto the cross member and thats not been touched...? what holds that to the car then.../?[/quote:6uuhdu6m] The 2 M8 bolts and the 4 for the bumper

When I still had a charger on mine I used Jabba and they were fine dude. Personnally, I experienced better customer service from Jabba than G werks.
-
I didnt have any plans, just kind of made it up to be honest :D it was about 3-3.5" long in the end and made from a piece of steel I had laying around.
-
I've had this too dude, and to be honest, it's not that hard to repair. I made up a replacement steel plate, drilled a hole through and then attached this to the car with a double row of rivets front and rear. Seems to holding strong, but I am a little careful now when pulling on the handbrake

I keep having the vision of Webber trying some crazy move on Alonso and taking them both out....
-
Come on then, Drivers champion predictions? For me, as much as it pains me, it's Alonso's to throw away. But come on Lewis :D
-
Whenever I feel it needs changing, but no longer than 5-6k
-
Thats the differnce in downforce the spoiler makes :norty:
-
Mine feels fine at very high speed, and that was flat out down the runway at work (160mph on the clocks)
-
£2000 Recaro's  Different set but I think someone's hoping for a similar sale price

Been a massive fan of this project but I think that the wire locking is a little ott. Provided that everything it torqued up correctly, then it should be fine, even a little loctite. Your grade or wire looks too thin for a decent lock wire. It's almost a cosmetic mod.

Very nice mate. Planning on keeping it standard?
