I like that one! Nice find. This is a pretty cool sounding standard mustang clip. Ignore the rubbish Borat impression. Quite like the noise of this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwCXnyx3fHk And someone is gonna put one of these up sooner or later so I may as well do the honors:

Er Jim, that's the Ferrari one again dude!

That's awesome :D. I like the way he's about two inches from that guys rear bumper but he's still polite enough to indicate.

I can't wait 25 minutes. I want it now! -
Who needs a radio? Who needs to clean their feckin windscreen?

someone reversed into my parked car n drove off....
Sonicriot13 replied to -Neil-'s topic in General Car Chat
It's nice to know that someone was good enough to leave details, even if it was the witness and not the offender. Too many of these go "I parked my car down tescos and when I returned it had a big dent and there was nuffin left by nobody to say who done it". :( -
I wish my engine bay was as clean as that. Nice job! :thumbleft:

And to be fair he knows that and takes the piss out of himself as much as anyone else. -
If you fancy a trip up to Bury St Edmunds I know loads of places you can take it too mate. They'll even eat the print out for you....

Do you ever have dreams involving your Corrado?
Sonicriot13 replied to joebloggsVR69's topic in General Car Chat
I actually had a dream about my corrado getting trashed last night and I hold this thread accountable. I had a dream that someone poured paint stripper on it while it was parked at work. I'm not happy. Worst night's sleep ever! :( -

I hate Lambo style doors.

134,000 miles! Yowsers. I'd try and keep the revs down low until that's sorted. There's some really good info on charger maintenance here as well as other G60 related gubbins: http://www.matey-matey.com/g60-guide.shtml

I might have a motor by the weekend, and they're super easy to change, take the shelf below the glovebox off, unplug the motor, pull a tab down, turn it and it falls out. I'll buy said motor from your good self. Drop me a pm mate when you've got it. Think I'll need it in working order for the winter ahead.... :shaking: Think I'll just have a go at getting the old motor out.

Another good band to play at ASBO attracting volume is White Zombie. God I'm such a nineties throw back.... Well, found something else that needs fixing. I bought this car in April when it was fairly warm. As I always do when Purchasing a new motor vehicle I checked that all the electrics were working. This included the heaters and blowers and they were all working perfectly. Now that it has got colder and I actually need said electrical components, the other morning I went to turn the blowers on and.... I don't think I even need to finish that sentence do I?

The way I understand it they are all PG engines. They did toy with a 16valve G60 engine but it never made it into mass production in the corrado. They only put it in a few corrados (like six or something) and the G60 limited Golf. Think that's right. Que lots of people proving me wrong.... :)

The Bl**dy things are hard enough to get in an out of as it is without Lambo style doors. God why? Edit: Please note the preceding post contains a worthless opinion. It does not reflect the opinion of the forum or anyone else for that matter. Please do not be upset by what I have said. I'm just some guy who half the time doesn't know what they are talking about anyway. Everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion about what looks good on a car and should not allow themselves to be influenced by what other people think looks good on a car. Indeed, I am not trying to impose my views on others, merely express my reaction to what I see in one of the above pictures. Thank you for your time.

God, Corrados are just f*cking awesome!

Cheapest I've seen them so far is about £280 new. I wouldn't really know if that was cheap for coil overs or not. Think I will need to do a bit more research before making my decision. This is my first foray into the world of modified suspension it's sad to say.

Sweet. I'll just go and remove the dust cover off my television and get it out of storage in preparation....
-
Or know anything about what they're like? Just looking at coilies for the G60. If the adverts are anything to go by they're the t*ts but then that's the same with everything.... :?

I only saw them once in 1998. Demanufacture is superb. I liked some of the stuff off Obsolete but I kind of stopped following them after that. They were nothing without Dino. He made that band. How can somebody with such short, chubby fingers play the guitar like that? It's obscene. Hopefully if I let her drive it she'll want one too so we can get a VR6 as well. 8) She's considering selling the Celica and has been looking at getting another Puma (her last one was the single most unreliable car I have ever met, it was fun though). There must be a way I can persuade her to get a Rado.

Cheers buddy! Can't wait to get the paint and speakers sorted so it looks mint as I'm blasting Fear Factory out around the streets of Ipswich in my last few months of living there. And regarding grip I've never even got it to the point where there's even a hint that it's gonna give up. I'm not maniacal but I don't hang about either. My girlfriend cracks me up cos she grips the door handle as I go flying into corners. She actually likes it when I get stuck behind someone on a country road. Not that I'm stuck for very long. Right hand indicator and second gear soon sees to that. :D Maybe I should let her drive it more often so she can learn to fully appreciate it..... Edit: Obviously I only attempt overtaking manoeuvres when it is safe to do so.

That's looking superb! I like the colour for the subframe. That's something I never would have thought of doing. And that really was a good price for the work. Lovin the thread so far. :thumbleft:

 Oh well, if they weren't bitching about the noise they'd just be bitching about how cramped they were....
