My dizzy has never been moved from the factory. It still had the tamper proof cover on the 13mm nut up untiol recently. When I set the Intermediate pulley up so that the dizzy pointed to the tdc mark it ran horribly. real sluggish.Must have been retarded. I then set it up using all the reference marks a la bentley. This put the rotor arm a few degrees prior to the tdc mark on the dizzy. The engine ran normally after I did this.

My car will never have another owner. I am far from bored of it.However if that time comes i'll break it. So not really fussed. Sooner or later they will get rarer and then the price will rise. Well maintained low milers must be getting thin on the ground aleady?!?!!

cool. Any pics of the engine. :) -
Took for a spin around the block today. chuffed. :smug: Lots more work to do but making progress. Wayne or anyone else for that matter, one thing I have picked over the weekend is that the ignition value in basic settings isn't the actual value that you want the car to run at. It is an offset that MS uses to try and obtain the table in your spark table. using a loaned digital timing gun I found that the value had to be 30 degrees for my car. This gave me a value at a particular rpm and map value that was inline with the value specified in my spark table. I notice that you also are using 6 degrees. You may want to get your timing checked so that you know that what MS is telling you is correct. If u have dont this already then just tell me to shut the F'up. :)

I think we all love the shape of our beloved corrado and so we find the styling a bit on an afront, but this isn't a street car. Thanks for sharing with us and I look forward to seeing more. :salute: -

could be a vac leak..

yeah,I seem to have got rid of the stumble by tuning my VE. I want to drive it today so I can get access to other areas in the VE map. I posted on the MS forum and they said exactly what you said. Tune VE first or you will just end up chasing your tail. I have put some basic numbers in my AE though, just to make it driveable.

all your boost pipes on properly after your new charger has been installed. No vac leaks?

What a cock! I would happily drive my old toyota down to his house and drive it into his living room just for fun! see what the dork thinks to that! Dont worry mate its insured  As said though Fay, he doesn't have a prayer, do it through insurance! Well if were any marks on the front of his house before you drove your car through you wouldn't have to pay. From his logic anyway.
