an ok season,well pretty good actually.Shame the two brits just didn't have the hardware to do the job. .... I wish they'd bring back refueling though for a more strategic edge.And the goodyear tyre lasted waaaay to long too on most tracks imo.

...but I believe thse mount the alternator at the rear or the engine bay and on a Uk spec car it would foul the break servo.

do a search on 16vg60 there are easier routes to 16vg60 power levels. :) Can't remember why i decided to do mine lol.

yup,i think its is a clever exploitation of the rules. Just as Mclaren did with the f-duct.

Mclaren would of prob got a 4th without the faulty gearbox.They have been slow to realize where redbull have managed to get all their downforce from.They have been playing catchup all year.Blown diffusers and flexi front wings etc.Redbull are almost harking back to the ground effect days with that front wing flexi like that.Clever.If it passes the tests it legal.Thats what F1 is about. yes Odd race vettel did somewhat drop the ball.

can only suggest checking all the basics,cam/ignition timing and fuel pressure. I take it it was working fine befor all the mods?

a high idle to me indicates too much air geting into the system at idle. I'd be checking for vacuum leaks,make sure all of the air lines into the throttle body and intake manifold are on tight and have no cuts or tears in them. hth
