kevhaywire, I would love to see you push a bonded in screen out with your feet and not rip your legs on the glass as your foot goes through the screen Bonded screens are cut out using a wire saw that cuts through the glue.

Could be an air lock, you'll need to change the it if its not working and i'd replace it with the 180 degree F version. and while you have the coolant out drop in a new low temp fan switch.

I think the passat dash may fit but it is slightly different from what i remember (my dad had one).. Why not put a TT dash in or something crazy!! depends what your taste is, BTW the later heater controls are pants, I would just change the switchs and insert next to the drivers door, and i seem to remeber reading that the later stalks and switches are all the same connections. you might wanna check in that. Personally i think the sliding heater controls are better and easier to use.

The Corrado Dash is just for the corrado according to the parts CD ATP pages. The early and late dashes are the same except for the inserts that house the switchs etc. So basically you only need to replace the inserts and the ducting for the heater as they are different to cos of the round heater controls Hope that helps

Change those plugs for a start, get some bosch w6pdo ones that are ment for the G60. they are the Only plug to use. and last loads longer than normal plugs, mind you they should at the price.

Yes you've guessed it may radiator gave up on me last night :x Not the best of timing Since i've just put new tyres on the car and spent a load of money on doing all those little bits that have been as the back of my mine for months, needless to say the little bits all included stealer parts. Anyway according to the part CD the rad is only €153 complete!! can see that myself but hey. And to top it all off, Pau1 is here, plis Tom, Andi and the girls arrive on thursday!! Better be fixed or im gonna need a hire car to get them from the airport.

I think (correct me if im wrong) but if you upgrade the mounts you need to do them all otherwise you are just shifting the load else where.

Is anyone running a 6 speed Box as in one of the later golf cable ones or a 5 speed rebuilt with overdrive? Im just wondering what the mod was like and if its worth it?

Could be the air temp or coolant sensor on the 16v does it do it from cold, hot or both?

if its covered by your insurance get it done at VW the ONLY place toget it done correctly by all accounts. If not then i guess its autowindscreens or something

Well its gonna be suspension related Get your tyres ckecked for unevan wear, and balance, you may also have a alignment problem. Could be your shocks, bushes plus the things you mentioned. How old are your disks, I had some new tyres last week and my C brakes far better now.!!!

More Additions ISV Check valve install, getting 12psi in 40 degress C temperatures out here now. fantastic!! Need to try it properly when it cools off here on the Costa Del Sol. Also replaced bonnet earth strap and Coil to throttle body earth strap. Just Wainting on the A-pillar pod now, and a few bits to change. Also got a MK4 flip key to sort out!! yes thats right a mk4 flip key!!

Does anyone know without a doubt if the geometry setting are different from standard once you lower the car. Obviously lowing the car itself changes the settings, but do you realign to the original settings afterwards?

I had a matching set of Pirelli P7000 z's in 195/50/15 the standard Corrado size. well without making a long story :x ........... i need two new ones. went all over looking for this model number. pirelli has stopped selling smaller tires. does anyone know the reasdon why???? i found two pzero system assimetrico in my size and snatched them up in a warehouse, but not before the salesman told me that they were discontinued too, but only in the smaller sizes.??? pirelli who i have used for years is leaving the smaller eport market dry. i know there are plenty of good tyre manufacturers out there, but you get comfortable with something you dont like changing. so the question remains........why is pirelli eliminating its smaller lines of tyres??? anyone please. :?: According to there UK site they still do 195/50 R15's http://www.pirelli.co.uk/en_GB/tyres/catalog/tyre_product.jhtml?selected=size&catid=UK_UHP&productid=2113 However the US site is a different story only in 30 & 35 profiles
