There's not mcuh point doing the throttle body unless the head is flowed however with the cam set up you have you will get some difference im sure. a 65mm pulley will give you more power but a short charger life. The Golf Rallyee cooler is bigger but not an easy fit. im planning a water spray bar for the time being for spray the cooler with water, and the maybe a charge cooler when the money allows

Have you vented the rear of the intercooler, i.e put a grill mesh on the inside of the wheel arch? this allow more air to travel through the cooler. if you want to port/polish something you need to get the inlet manifold done, then the head and then the exhuast manifold. as doing one without the others is pointless really. You will need to get the chip remapped after this work. What is the ISV re-route kit like, any good?

Phone Powerflex in the UK they do all the bushes, If you want to go for better handleing in the long run then upgraded bushes are better, however the ride is firmer and you will loose the passive rear wheel steering with non OEM bushes

The Corrado G60 Jet Is a German Special Edition It came with a special interior trim and 4 paint codes Mine is Dark Violet Pearl Effect (dark Violet Perleffekt) with Blackseats with Purple stitching and Purple Door cards and Seat backs. The Jet Model Also came with Estoril 15" Alloys and "Jet" stickers on the Rear quater panels. The other Colours were Blue (limogeblau), Red (Flashrot), and Black (schwarz) Thats the Corrado Jet, but wait till you see the spec list of my G60 Jet now

Shockers or bushes get them both checked!! and wheel balancing too.

When installing a new radio to the Corrado it is advisable to check that the stereo being fitted does not use a speed sensitive volume control like the VW ones. it has been found that some aftermarket radio will stop the spoiler from working. to stop your spoiler from being disabled by and aftermarket radio, remove the Blue and White Wire (on my G60) from the Power ISO lead. You may not need to remove it as the stereo may not have a metal socket where that pin goes into the radio.
