Well, been busy with it, bought some borbet a's from germany (waiting for them to arrive), should have some coilovers soon, Mot'd it, needed rear disks and pads, new brake lines all round so fitted some stainless braided as well as some copper lines, stops now. very well infact! Also a cv boot needed. Has had a service, oil, filter, cleaned the K&N, plugs, going to get fuel filter next week, possibly leads too. I bought a red bumper off ebay as the one that was on it was shagged! Bought a few bits off here and a grill of ebay. Paintwork came up with a bit of a shine but going to machine polish it next week. Really needs a respray though, unsure of what colour although the pepper white irish one has got me thinking..! Really nice to have it on the road, hate the chavvy wheels that are fitted but its all I had lying round! Roll on the borbets and coilovers! Fuel economy is shocking but part and parcel I guess! Anyway some front on pics. will take some better ones soon.. Paul

The front fogs dont seem to work on my C, the back ones fine but no front. Wiring looks ok, is there a seperate relay for the front fogs? If so, which number? Also leccy mirrors dont work either, any pointers of where to look? No servo noise when the button is pressed... Paul

Could be valve stem seals? Does it smoke a lot on first startup in the morning? Paul

Snap :( Mine is the same, looks really rough! The paintshop local to me is going to respray mine, usual cost should be around £2k for an in and out job, with no damage but I'm going to strip the car myself and prep as far as I can with it to keep costs down. Paul

Cant remember his name, but it wasnt that one mate. Ok cool, I know he's based there and was one of the only uk pilots flying the typhoon at one point! :lol: On another note, we did a Kawsaki hawk bsb bike versus a Hawk last year.. think the jet won!

Christ.. my car seems to be missing so much stuff, it looks like the adjuster for the altenator/belt tensioner is missing, so its manual adjustment only! Can anyone with a 1.8 16v put a piccie up of their altenator adjuster please? Many thanks Paul

Argh. this is going to do my head in! I dont want to shell out for some wheels that will look poo on the car! The tsw's look thinly spoked but in other pics the spokes look thicker from a frontal view! I'm looking at the german borbets, anyone translate/send for me? What are RC's? Paul

I dont think so, the bonnet is also fouling the windscreen rubbers at the corners. The wing is different but thought it was only width of the wings and centre bulge of the bonnet that is different? Thanks Paul
