  1. they are quite low et's, would of thought they would poke too much.. just my 2p
  2. absoloutely stunning... only things i would change would be the rear lights and number plate suround, some all red rears and an original black surround would look top imo.. and probably lose the badges on the side repeaters.. v v nice though, fairly rare too, vr without a sunroof.. and you dont see those recaro's too often either. or the early spec us bumper... love it dude.. top work.
  3. Maybe he just wanted to join the ever growing population of Andys on the Forum. Thinking of changing my user name to Andyriot13. it is overwhelmed on here with andy's, i just wanted sumthin a bit more personal tbh...
  4. if youve got other leathers in the car too then id recommened paying furnitureclinic a visit, they are online and do a leather first aid kit which cleaned up my recaros amazingly well. i know kadvr6 swears by thier stuff and after using it once i can see why.. give that a go buddy as its a bit more intense then the gliptone stuff..
  5. im pretty sure the one your talking about was a scirocco, not a corrado... try searching for that..

  12. well ive had the alpine for best part of three months now and it hasnt missed a beat... however this morning when i was on my way to a job interview it decided to throw its toys out of the pram, was running like a bag of spanners so pulled over and got the AA out, told them on the fone that it was probably the dizzy. AA guy came out and confirmed that my thoughts were correct, the rotor arm and dizzy was fubarred. anyway, didnt make it to the job interview but thankfully its been rescheduled to next week, my heart dropped when it broke down all i could hear was the sound of my wallet crying lol. anyway all sorted now... look forward to seeing some of you at the south coast meet on saturday..

  19. got a few so here goes... first of all thanks to shaung60 for a steering wheel and a badge, massive shame that the badge broke in transit but hey thats life, he was patient with me as i made him hold on a few weeks due to tempremental finances. so big thanks again shaun.. next thanku is to izzmitchell for a very well priced set of sebrings, though i managed to write her number down wrong so god knows who i was ringing rofl.. and last but by no means least a huge thanks to stu aka mr beige... took us a while to arrange a date as on varrious weekends stu had things on and then other weekends i had things on but we got there in the end. took a nice long drive with the old man up to ely last sunday, weather was perfect and stu lives in a very pretty little village, very quiet and quaint... had a gd old chinwag about all things vw and of course corrado's and picked up a tailgate which stu gave me for nothing, ive got to say i feel bad for not paying as it really is in good condition.. geuss im just lucky  he really knows his stuff and is just as helpfull as good old mr toad, (i know your not that old tom :D ).. so a massive thanks again and hope to see you again at a show in the future..
