If my mate hadn't have wanted it i dont think i would have sold it just yet cos i couldnt really make my mind up but he kinda helped me make it up :shrug:

Was going to advertise it on here but it needs a bit of work doing clutch has died so my mates taking it for a good price, hes going to get the work done. I can always let u no if the sale falls through its only a hand shake at the mo :lol:

Just agreed a sale of my car after nearly 5 years of ownership. :( The last 6 months ive been falling out with it and cant really justify having it any more i never thought i would part with it but when you think of how much it cost to run and maintain for doing less than 1k a year and not kept in a garage its not really worth the agro. It has been sold to a friend so i can keep an eye on it and circumstances may change in the future it may return or i may get another, its the best car ive owned and the only car i would want to own, but with having constante use of a company van i think i have made the right decition although im already gutted. I'd like to thank everyone on here for the great help and advice in the past its a superb forum and the few people i have met were spot on. Like i say im not writing off returning but if i do it would probably be a good distance in the future when my little boys grown up or things change work wise. dont really no what else to say, its been good and of course frustrating :wave:

if you look at the front of the seat theres a small bolt that stops the seat going too far back,remove that and the seat just slides backwards off the runners (need to unclip some plastic trim on the runners first)

right over night my cars started to rattle, this goes away as soon as the clutch is pressed, not fully engagued just lightly touched, anyone put there finger on it :shrug: could it be a bearing or just something loose, havent had chance to get it jacked up to have a god look.

Yeah the alarm usualy closes it but it just wont open at all, now the windows will still open tho :cuckoo: :confused4:

Seen 2 today, first a very clean red vr6 L plate on A1 north bound in doncaster area at 5.50am :sleeping: , Then a dark green one coming out of welwyn garden city at 8.15 towards A1 didn't see what type tho

Right batterys on cars, car starts :salute: BUT the alarm locks the door regardless of the engine running, when the engine switched off the door remains locked, all pressing the unlock button does is activate the alarm, so its a case of bashing buttons for 30 seconds untill the doors unlock. Also i was wonderning if this is the reason the battery could have drained as, like i say the car has been used everday last week so i must have something draining the battery. i've had the car nearly 4 years and this is the first time that the alarm has decided to start doing this. :cuckoo:

I dont no much about valet mode, but no i didn't, it never goes in valet mode when i leave the car and the battery dies tho either :norty:, well batterys off back on when i've had a brew so hopefully i'll find something out
