Definitely do the course! A one off payment and few hours instead of 5 years of declaring points and paying higher premiums on your insurance. You are lucky to be offered it at that speed in a 30. Snap it up!

Might see if we can get to this, not in the Rado though.

It was G11 OWL . He didn't post much but had owned her for a few years. Seemed like a nice enough chap though.

Thankyou so much, I was desperate for this colour, it was only the fourth VR6 in ice grey violet to come up for sale on gumtree, pistonheads, eBay and the forums in nearly a year. I am so happy I waited! Really wish this blinking rain would stop now so we can bond!

After 14 months without my blackberry Corrado and about a year of searching, I have finally found an ice violet VR6 with black heated leather interior. She needs quite a bit of TLC but I love her! She was bought off a forum member who I managed to barter down on price over the period of 2 months. she has a mass of service history and has an mot, which is always a bonus and 112,000 miles. The sunroof and drivers seat recline needs fixing, as well as the wiring to the aux water pump, front suspension needs fitting properly and various bits of trim are missing. I plan on spending the next 6 months or so detail cleaning and sorting out all the niggles before really changing anything. Although the wheels will be going up for sale soon and the original speedlines will go back on until I decide what wheels to have. I can't wait to get cleaning, just need some sun first!

Does anyone know if it is possible to repair the recline part of a front seat? The whole knob/ external mechanism is missing from my front drivers seat and there doesn't seem to be any hint of how or what's needed to fix it.

Wup wup! I assume by the closed thread that you're keeping her! That or someone snapped her up straight away.
-
That's great thanks, just what I wanted to know.

Don't sell her. I sold my Corrado 14 months ago, seemed like the best thing to do at the time, with getting married, fuel prices etc After about 2 months I severely began to regret it. I then emailed the new owner every couple of oaths asking if I could buy her back with no luck. Now, I have my new Corrado arriving on Sunday and can't wait. If you have put as much time, effort and love into a car as you have, you WILL regret it. Maybe not straight away, next month or even a few months later but once Corrado's are under your skin, there's no getting away! Your choice though!

I am in the process of buying a Corrado, however I am a little confused, it is an L reg but the DVLA and HPI check come back as a 1995 model. It is also an ice violet which was only produced in 1994. Could this just be a case of it being one of the last out the factory or it has a lame personalised plate? Has anyone known of this before? I would ringthe DVLA but they are closed till Monday.

This has got to go as I hopefully have my new Corrado arriving on Sunday so I need the garage room! It is a black l041 rear bumper, great condition from a 1995 Corrado. Collection preferred but I can post it via TNT next working day. £30 collected £65 delivered. Based in woodville, Swadlincote.

OMG! I really hope they are all ok. Accidents do happen but you just don't expect or even think about anything like that happening at shows. I hope they make a full recovery and thinking of them. -
Lovely Corrado! Love the attention to detail! Is that an Eibach brace? If so, what part number is it?!
-
I am loving these! A black one for me please, but can it wait until the 2nd July- pay day! PM me details. Thanks

Dangerous game! Let's hope your current doesn't get a spell of suspicion and log onto the forum to read your posts! :)

Congratulations! Although it goes down hill from here on! Only joking !! Just try not spend so much on the wedding and honeymoon that you have no choice but to sell the Rado :)

Noo, I meant if you have kids, although, if men could do the whole pregnancy thing I would be tempted to have one more! ---------- Post added at 4:50 AM ---------- Previous post was at 4:47 AM ---------- Haha! My husband asked me ' what if she throws up inside it?' i used the same excuse- that the leather would be wipe clean! He doesn't seem to be coming round to the idea so I have got to think of some more reasons!

I feel so guilty, I am due to give birth in a few weeks and all I can think about are Corrado's! I've missed mine like crazy since I broke her for parts, I bought another but couldnt bond with it and now I'm desperate for another. I should be thinking about babies, our baby, which don't get me wrong I do think about ..... but how she'll be in her baby seat in the Corrado while I wash it! Me pushing her around at next years dubfreeze, inters, deva dubs, BVf and action! and if I can get a child seat to match the colour scheme of my next Corrado. Anyone else have the same problem when their child was due?!
-
Unfortunately so! Maybe I should have suggested to my neighbours to attatch one to their roof so I really felt I was there! There's always next year!

HAHA! I live in Donington and the streets are still covered in mud from the Downloaders, was funny seeing them walk around COVERED in mud. I do have to say though, it sounded amazing! I was in my back garden listening to Tenacious D!

Love the colour, is that a standard colour? The new wheels look great. -
I completely agree! But can i find one, no! And the one i have found wants ALOT of money for it when there are numerous issues with it. Especially as you can pick storms up for around £2500 nower days. I don't mind a challenge and have broke a few rados for parts now. I would be nice to put one back together and get to the shows again! If anyone sees a reasonalby priced one in this climate please let me know.
