Im changing the drivers window. Ive got my door panel off, the bolts on the window undone, but how the hell do I get it off the runners? Im also changing the weather strip, how do I remove the triangular plastic at the front (outside)?

...now that sounds like a good idea, but that's obviously what a previous owner of my C did to the rear ashtray and it's all flaked! it's now a kind of 'urban camoflage' grey/black combo :? Thats cos you need to use plastic primer before hand to allow the paint to flex ;)

Just read this whole thread :shock: Love the car Gareth ;) Dave G is trying to sell me his RX2's at the moment, think they look better on a dark C, but yours is just mint anyway. We'll have to meet up soon mate, and I'll bring dave along ;)

Depends what you use I guess. Im sure you can use some plastic primer, black paint, and then some clear lacruer if you want it shiny???

Im sure it kicks out a lot more than 10 amps on charge mate??? Can you still use the voltage reading? If so, go and check that. It should be aroun 14.7 DC iirc

Ive got those, with some Tar-Ox grooved discs and I have to say, they really arent that bad. Admittedly I havent tried anything more substantial yet, but they seem to be ok.
