    Sounds like an internal problem then mate. The amp inside may be knacked, or there may just be a loose connection inside. Whip the lid off and see if you can see anything, if not have a look for a repair place near you. They can normally stick it on a test bench and tell you straight off.

    Same question then, what leads are you using? Are they separate phono leads or are you using a combined lead ie scart? See where Im going with this ;)

    Can you describe the flickering a bit more? What have you got the PS connected with? I mean scart, coax etc

    If you wanna just fit the double-din unit, that'll go in any car.. If you want the head-up display, you'd need a Mk4 engine, or more importantly, a Mk4 ECU and clocks to make your life a lot easier.. Do tell more!!! Ive got the engine, but not the clocks. Would it just plug straight in to the clocks if I obtained some?

    Don't say that mate. He hasn't opened the boxes yet. Inside he's gonna find 4x15 inch speedlines cos the porker wheels are on my rado!!!!!! :) I think you'll find they were in his posession last night. Met up at a dodgy garage in Blackpool to do the deal ;) He turned up in his nice powder Blue Beetle too, looked a right poof in it :lol:

    I'm lolling at that one :lol: No I haven't still got the nugget Stan, but if I did, you can count on the fact that any revolutionary mods would not be done by me :wink: , removing the bump strips is about my limit - fitting an engine in the back would be slightly beyond me :) Agreed, but I wouldnt put it past you to just cut a big feck off hole in the side of it for a laugh!! :lol: Or even to insert a parachute for the next time it decides to go base jumping :lol:

    My mate is trying to convinde me to buy his wheels (same as these) and colour code or paint them black. Im so tempted as they look fecking gorgeous!!! It wont limit you too much if you colour code, as you can always get them refurbed anyway, or the new owner can. But if you stay black, then youve got the best of both worlds ;)
