To be honest the fronts nearly swept the whole disk but the rear pads were almost a different shape altogether hence the rather large amount of area unswept lol. Fack knows what was up with those pads but they were properly retarded lol.

Cheers for the heads up. Any extinguishers you can recommend?

Hi mate, I could be interested in the mids and tweets if anyone else Is interested in the rest of the gear? Cheers Abdul :) -
9j all the way whatever they are lol. Vr's need staggered offsets IMO due to the widetrack as you end up with more poke on the front then the back which is worse then running 18's on a rado as far as my eyes are concerned lol.

Oof those wheels in that colour look hard!! Proper aggro man lol. Fit looks bang on too.

Renshaw project (probably going to sell / swap)

Oh cool I couldnt see it on the iPhone screen lol. I guess it's down to the vr's induction note being way louder then the exhaust in comparison to a 24v which is the complete opposite really. Do you ever plan to do something like that to this one then? Even on a smaller scale in terms of the mk4 bits. I tell you what, one thing I wish I had that I believe you put in your old 24v is the fuel pump priming when the door opens like the mk4, I have to sit there and pump my accelerator lol. -
Oh lord my valuation should be pretty hefty then lol. Thanks Kip... :)

Guys a bit off topic but when getting an agreed valuation that takes into account mods etc do you have to have all your receipts for parts etc? I ask because mines got the 24v done by psi but while I've got receipts for everything else that's the one receipt that's missing and is obviously the main attraction with my car lol. Cheers Abdul

Are you sure that's a Miltek Jay? My tip looks different and while it is indeed near silent on idle, it booms away when cruising around lol. Did you get my pm btw? Cheers -
They're boxster rears btw and I'll take £250 from a forum member! I'm still after ddi dials so could do a deal... Or anything else interesting...
-
Lol yeah true but with he corrado being a bit old and rattly now I find the ride varies big time from what people claim to have experienced in mk2's etc. Thanks for that though. I'd never buy a set new lol. I'll wait till a second set comes along haha! What's next for yours then?
-
Looks awesome mate. Can't beat a black VR. I reckon those wheels would look awesome in aeromax finish! How are you finding the v2's? I need a new set of coilies as my rear shocks have given up.. :(

As above really, I think these might be inpro but I'm not sure. Either way the chrome strips etc have all been painted black. Run em as is or tint em for a smoky effect... Would look cool on a lighter coloured rado IMO. Anyway I'm after £50 collected, can post at cost. Can do a deal with my other items for sale. Cheers Abdul

Well the Porsche brakes are off and the 288's on. I can run 16's now! :) Plus I have a hankering for 15" speedlines lol. Now we got em off and the pads despite having plenty of meat were shot! Disks were properly f*cked on the rear side... Holes were full of crap and the actual face of the disk was worn through in a few places along with some rust etc. This pic makes em look better then they are! Water pump needs to be done next so I'm going to replace the coolant temp sensor at the same time as I have a small warm start issue. Probably do the alt belt too. Cheers Abdul

It looks broken dude! Lol

I agree with you Jim, I've never seen the appeal especially as the rear gets negative camber anyway when you slam em. Looks 'off' to say the least. The red valver will be Martin's corrado... Has a build on here I think, top chap. I'm not going as UD's always bored me within an hour. 5-6 hours of traveling for an hour of shiney metal in crap weather... I think not! Having said that the weather looks like it might hold up this year, have fun people!! :)
