hi guys.im going to be fitting my new supercharger soon and its recomended it be primed first.had a search but couldnt find a thread on this.has anyone done this before?and if so what is the best method.cheers.

sounds like a broken spring to me but im no expert.had this before also and the bottom part of the spring had broken off right inside the lower cup and was not noticable.even passed an mot.it just left a sharp edge which caught the cup on full lock!

hamilton is a nice place.had a few night out there when we were watching the world rally a few years back.i spent most of my months in gisborne.loved the north island. to be honest you cover the postage and give me a tenner for beer i would be happy.i will also make sure it is well packed as i have seen these baggage handlers on t.v!! it is very light so i cant see it being that pricey to send. see what u recon mate.

i have a brand new heater matrix i never used in my garage.for a 91 g60.pretty sure they will be the same but dont quote me on that!pretty fragile for a trip to n.z but i can send if u want it!!by the way was that pug u saw for sale over there silver?

in need of a fan cowl for a 92 g60 if anyone has one in good ish condition up for grabs.part no535 121 205.mine has rusted away at the bottom and would like a solid one to paint.cheers.

aha good plan.what mixture did you use?i only want it to clean a rocker cover and supercharger bracket.how long would you need to leave these in u recon?

yeh they look pretty easy to make!dont have anyone local so would need to sent the bits away!!well worth a shot!!if you dont hear back then the chances are its gone horribly wrong!1

has anyoune out there tried the diy dipping?home made kit consisting of a 5 gallon drum,copper pipe,water,caustic soda and a battery charger!! i saw this in the web somewhere and am curious to find out if it works so that is my project for tomorrow night!!got a few bits to clean so i will update on how i get on unless i die in the process!!

its for the normal corrado g60 glader!there is no threads on it as it is secured by banjo bolts.

just got mine back from jmr also!!not fitted yet as im waiting for other bits and pieces coming but yes you could say im a little excited!!
