    sounds like you could also do with changing the fuel pressure regulator and have you checked the vaccum tubes around the throttle body ? both can cause bad idle problems and get some electrical cleaner and clean the MAF but remember to unplug it first and give it 20 seconds to cool down if you do it after driving !

    you need to remove the spinning washers and scan the web mate you can get em from b&q but they are £12 quidd odd do a search on google the pic i posted was from an ad stating they were £5

    saw a red 16 valve on saturday anticlockwise on the m25 just gone pased jcn 14 fella and his lady onboard i was in the bmw so would have looked silly waving :lol:

    a gator grip bolt remover will get these off it looks like a normal socket and has loads of steel pins inside hammer one over and remove chances are you will knacker it getting 1 off at a time so i sugest buying a couple but it does work (i know i have tried it :D ) and no i was not half inching wheels :lol:

    sounds good to me :D my bmw got scraped by a cock driver at my work and to respray just the rear bumber as all he did was scratch it cost £450 :D

    always thought that overrun was caused by poor timing !

    not sure what causes it but just for refrence mine was lower bhp on 178.8 torque was 175 ft lbs but mine had a fueling problem as the afr droped of sharply after 5500 rpm

    i would say you have to empty it !! its for catching oil from i would guess the breather pipe from the rocker cover rather than it all go back into the engine you would have a catch tank there so you will need to empty it every couple of months or something like that

    i saw a couple of rados whilest on holiday in hayle this year beleve 1 was a valver and the other a g60 saw one just outside barclays /lloyds bank near the train bridge and the other up by the surf shop oppisite co-op :D
