had a great drive from maidenhead - bristol today to see the old dear :) spotted a very standard G60 on the M4 west at about 11:30. wave returned and mini convoy ensued for a few miles. next up I passed an old sirocco and on the way back home at 18:00 ish spotted a green C heading the opposite way so no time to get any details. all in all a good day.

normal answers for this are: clean the ISV with carb cleaner then lube with WD40 faulty blue water temp sensor throttle body screw at the back thingy full open/full closed switches on the throttle body leaking vacuum pipes (esp the one from the back of the throttle body to the ECU or this one being too short) dry solder in fuel pump relay (this turned out to be the cause of my idle problem which sounded very similar to yours) uummm i'll try to think of more but there are plenty of people on here who are much much more knowledgeable who I'm sure will chip in soon 8)

Spent 5 hours cleaning it inside and out for the first time since the shitty weather!! washed, shammied, back-to-blacked, polished, touched up stone chips, autosol'd shiney bits, tyre shine, leather interior polished 8) all done whilst looking forward to having a good old run in the sun but was dark by the time i finnished :(

Yep, we had these but only for the cars. I had to fit them onto the Rapid Response Vehicle (police spec Volvo) I was on that day. Not easy to fit esp. When the arches are full of snow and the bottom of the tyres are dug in !! Problem was they had been used once before and were slightly torn (only one set per vehicle with no replacements). In the end after they flew off, relatives came out and pushed me !! :mad2:

they'll be nicking petrol from your garage and topping the jerry cans up with water :lol:

Have you checked the fuel pump relay ? I mention it when ever someone brings up these symptoms cos I threw hundreds at my G60 over 4-5 months before realising I had a dry solder :mad2:

yeah I think deep dish works really well with low corrados 8) easy to clean as wiping your arse too :lol:

Yeah kick ass is wicked !! Really surprised me, thought it was going to be a crappy kiddies super hero flic. Last one I saw was ninth gate with Jonny deep. Very very deep at the end unless I over thought it ?! May have been the state I was in :tongue:
