Yep, give me a minute and I'll get it done! :)

No the sump gasket is green and in one piece. This is black and has no holes in it at all.

What about Westec Performance in Newport? http://www.westecperformance.co.uk is their address, they seem to be well rated by the local SEAT lot.

Right guys, I've managed to get my sump off which wasn't too much of a problem, but when I took the plate off the gearbox a a black rubber strip fell out wth it. Can anyone tell me what it is and where it goes? It's starting to get dark and cold so quick help would be really appreciated! Cheers,

OK then, just trying to help!

I'm gonna go out and change my oil sump, I think. Oh and I need to get that charger off! I have an uprated headlamp loom too, but I'm thinking I should put it on the Polo instead.

The car should spark even if the crank sensor is knackered. My crank sensor just went on my missus's 106 and that still had spark.

Oh yes, Maplin sell replacement aerial masts for £3.49 and masts and bases for £4.99 LINK

Yeah that was me :) Silver and slammed on TT Comps.

Renault sell standard beestings for about £6.30+VAT. If I was clever, I'd remember the part number, I'm sure it ends in 256. If you're going to order one, give them the model code of CB1N (Phase 2 Clio 172) and the right one should come up on the parts system. Good luck, Tom, ex Renault Parts Guy

Yeah, not keen on Ferrari badges, unless they're in the middle of some Ferrari wheels :)

102k on my '91 G60. My Polo's catching up, that's on 99k.

I've been having thoughts about doing my car similar to this, by similar I mean: * Same wheels, but anthracite centre * Tinted red rear lights, as opposed to painted * Number plate recesses left OE. * Leave the NS mirror on, although I like that look! I think the car's nice, but I'm concerned about the lifespan of colour coded rims. I think dark centres will be acceptable for longer, and make the wheels more valuable.

Corrado Spotting! Was it you? [Archive January 06]

Saw two VR's yesterday. 1 black one parked up near St James Mill Road, Northampton 1 red one, N reg, going into Riverside Retail Park. Both spottings yesterday afternoon -
Nerds ;)

I have a boss kit already, and a Snap-Off kit so don't worry about that :) I should be able to get the wheel from the France distributor pretty cheap, but this is only because my other best mate is in the trade and has a lot of dealings with them. I might still get a shit deal, we shall see! :)

I've been waiting for the factories to reopen so I can order my Momo Team 300mm. My best mate just got a 280mm for his MK3 Golf and that thing is insane!

Niiiiice! I wish I bought a blue one! :(
-
I bought some of THESE last night, hopefully they'll do the job :)
-
Mine might be getting a steering wheel, once I've got the snow off my Polo.
-
:D Thanks for the heads up!
-
As per the rules, I'd have a MK5 GTI with all the options, or if I could afford to run it, a Phaeton W12. Otherwise, a Samba bus or a Karmann Ghia.
-
Mine's HERE, it's the same as bristolbarons.

It looks like I'm gonna be hanging around here a lot...

Oh don't you worry, the FK Silverlines will be ordered soon! I need to get the engine sorted first though. The car will be ready for Inters. That's a promise! -

I managed to get the carrier back on the hub and get the NSF brake reassembled. I also managed to get some picd, but they're appaling quality as it was getting dark. Here you go - http://corrado.fotopic.net/c798477.html
