Hi Has anyone any experience or knowledge of whether Subaru Impreza front seats can be fitted to a Corrado? I've got a chance of a pair in VGC and they are pretty good looking. Many Thanks Ray

Yep not much in the way of car crime up here! but the Concept 50 had some great features - remote locking, remote headlight operation (defo good here!), remote boot release. remote window closure etc - but I will probably replace with simple system as insurance companies still like one fitted.

The problem is there are no alarm people within 200 miles! To be fair to my garage, they haven't requested a diagram - I just thought I would provide one if I could in order to help.

Hi Everyone I have a 20+ year old Clifford Concept 50 fitted to my 16v. It has been great up until a couple of months ago and now it is totally mental and it it is a right pain to even get past the immobiliser to get it started. I have decided to remove it totally and fit a new item. Problem is I live on the Isle of Skye and the nearest Clifford dealer is 250 miles away! I have contacted Clifford and asked them for a wiring diagram in order to get my local garage to remove it but they never responded! So - does anyone have a diagram they could supply me with?

And also late model Corrado - mine is early (1990)

I've already done the slider pins but at the MOT last Month the OS caliper was flagged up as binding and although they freed it up it is beginning to do so again. My only problem with the eurocarparts offer is that living in a remote region returning the old units is problematic. Thats why I hoped someone had experience of the ebay items I found.

Hi I recently (couple of weeks) fitted new Febi front top mounts to my 1990 16v and they look like they have been on the car for years i.e the locking plate is sticking miles up from the body. There is no play but they just look as though they are to soft. Thinking of changing them again - not sure if I can use VR6 ones (separate bearing), another make or poly units. Any thoughts guys?

I think it is time to admit defeat and see if I can source some good early (circa 1990) model wings. Helios Blue would be wonderful but I guess thats an ask to far! If anyone has a couple or even one for sale let me know. Thanks

I have the same problem up here on The Isle of Skye - good old Royal Mail will delivery anywhere and they are not that much dearer than courier companies.

You should try getting stuff to Scottish Highlands and Islands! Bloody joke. at least the times I have used VW Heritage they have not lumped on ridiculous additional costs for delivery here.

Must confess - I can't be bothered with TG anymore (just deleted Burma Special without ever watching it) - I do like the 5th Gear stuff I have been catching up on.
