Great fun to be had up here on Skye with the Corrado. Some fantastic roads including the single tracks that leave very little margin for error! Oh and next time anyone is planning a trip to Skye message me - would be great to meet up with other owners

Just a wee update to this - I feel the action of the lever is much better. ie it always felt you have to pull the handbrake really high to get it to fully bite (even after new cables fitted) but now it is so much more positive. Would be interesting to know if anyone else has found the same.

Yep - took it all apart again and ensured the LCD unit connection was properly seated. But since then the mpg reading has been at 99.9 (being trying to resolve that since then!!)

As I was having to alter things and change things as I went along - it probably took me about 2 hours but if you follow my (not so very detailed) instructions - I would say an hour should do it.

I live on Skye and have owned 4 corrados and I can safely say they could have been built for the Highlands! Like anywhere though some of the road surfaces and conditions can be punishing. Good luck and if you need any help give me a shout.

No - I was slightly less subtle than that! - Just took a few taps with a hammer to allow the holes to fit to the bolts. I also slightly bent the lower bracket (same method) to allow the lever to sit more centrally
