  1. Picture of the part. As i say the PCV is virtually brand new and cost over £30. I can do £25 posted for whats pictured
  2. I`ll take a pic when i get home.
  3. Is this the one from the head and joins in to the air intake with the PCV in between? If so i have a complete setup including a PCV which has only seen a few hundred miles.
  4. Thanks but I`ve read you can replace the batteries inside the siren for aroun £15 instead of having to replace the whole unit
  5. Pm'd Provisionally sold pending collection/payment
  6. Pictures added First refusal to Vwdomo. Price £50 posted (£45 collected)
  7. Pictures added for those who have PM'd me. As Dickie started the thread they will get first refusal Price will be £70 posted if Dickie doesnt want it
  8. I`ve got one from the corrado i`m about to start breaking. Would need to be collection only from Bournemouth
  9. I`ve got one in good nick. I'm only in bournemouth too
  10. 3 year bump. The alarm on my car is doing the same thing (concept 650). Where do you get the batetry packs from?
  11. By jov, what a brilliant idea. D'oh
  12. I did look at that one after reading previous discussions but £50 seems quite a large chunk of money for only a short period of use
  13. After being rear-ended recently and the corrado subsequently being written off :(:(:( I intend to break the car so that her spirit lives on through keeping other cars on the road This will be the first car I`ve ever broken so at the moment I`m planning in buying 4 good axle stands and a car cover so that if something like the sunroof or a door sells early on then the remainder will still be protected from the elements. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good car cover for a corrado? Any good times on breaking a car? Obviously staying on top of emails/forum posts etc is of upmost priority as is getting lots of packing materials before hand so that parts can be sent out quickly. But any other hints from those who have done this before? Once I am down to a bare shell (providing things go well) are local scrappies likely to collect for free due to the value in the metal or will i be looking at having to pay to have it removed? Thanks
  14. Streuth they reckon it`ll cost £2800 to repair!! so mine is being written off too. Just got to agree a value
  15. Its not gone on in yet. Still waiting on the estimate to get agreed for the work to be done
  16. Bloody quick turn around for you which is good news. I`m still waiting on the garage estimate.
  17. Ah, the connector at the pump end in the boot. Sucking (oh err) should also lock the car. If it takes a lot of effort you have a leak somewhere, if its easy(ish) then the pump may be goosed.
  18. Would also check to see if the pump itself is weak. Take off the connector and trying blowing down the pipe, it should unlock the car with not much effort
  19. Sounds like an air leak in the pipes. Check the connector(s) at the pump and door mechs first before having to trace the pipes between
  20. There is where i stand too, but do insurance companies see it this way?
  21. Sounds very borderline for you. If you want to keep it thought definitely fight your corner and hard. I`m waiting for the estimate to come in at the moment, but to me the bumper looks salvageable and mines a VR so I should be in a better position to get the repair done
  22. I`m going through exactly the same at the moment so would also appreciate peoples experiences
  23. Open the boot. Lift the carpet to the right and you should be able to feel the actuator and the bar coming out of it to operate the lock on the fuel flap. pull the bar away/towards the front of the car and it should unlock the flap
