  1. I have two, i`ll check part numbers when i get home and let you know
  2. Yeah those ebay ones do give a terrible ride quality. you`ll get a lot of recomendations on KW1 (2/3) on here but the do come at quite a hefty price. On a 1st hand note I have Weitec's on my mk3 golf (same suspension) and they ride beautifully despite being fairly low, plus they are probably around 6 years old now and still going fine. Think they`ll set you back between £400-£600 depending on what level of adjustability you want
  3. Ah sounds simple but painful. Robo - does £20 posted for the pair sound reasonable.
  4. Do you know if they come off easily. I have some on the car I'm breaking but am a bit short of time at the moment do i have to take out a sea of other bits to get them out? if i dont i can get them out tonight and posted tomorrow.
  5. I know this has come up a couple of times and am currently suffering from it myself. After googling today i came accross this brilliant DIY guide on how to replace the batteries within the siren. Hopefully this can help others http://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/car-audio/502106.html
  6. I have a drivers window switch - £20 posted Also have a black parcel shelf in the classifieds - £45 posted
  7. I can do that. I`m aware these are obsolete now but wont be taking the mickey on price. How much are you offering for them?
  8. The only power carrying cables are: Red - permanent live yellow - ignition live black - earth have you checked the fuse on the back of the head unit (silly question i know). the two in you photos look like outputs for something maybe sub/electric aerial
  9. I have drivers side, if you can find a passenger one £30 posted
  10. i dont think inflation comes into it. Its down to price elasticity of demand. Low demand means price goes up. Its a vicous circle with car parts because as the price goes up demand goes down as people source 2nd hand parts instead of new, which pushes the price up further, again reducing demand. Its a cycle unlikely to be broken as ever more corrado's are scrapped Vw arent going to make a massive batch of seals to make the unit price low when they know the demand isnt there to sell them on
  11. Hmm, did check earlier and the one i saw showed at £70. Still £30 posted is still cheaper than anywhere else
  12. Nope, ecp ones are £70 so £30 is a good enough deal already
  13. Its a pattern one, the vw ones will be alot more
  14. Is it the slave cylinder for the clutch? I have one brand new for £30 posted
  15. Or i have a brand new Volksbits one with new thermal fuse (they dont come with this) for £30 posted
  16. Its the slave but i think its the one you are after, sits by the gearbox
