  4. hi there ive read a couplke times now about this mod to the fan wiring ???? what is this? i mean why did you have to do it? and what was the effect? i have not touched the aux water pump or fan wiring at all..... however it all seems to work fine? have i missed something or done something wrong?? cheers nathan
  5. sorry for long reply! im in torquay devon! not to far from anybody really!! lol
  6. i got 39.5 today on a 30 mile run ok ok ok it was @ 70 mph!......
  7. im sure what you have done is fine! come on an update is needed!!! where are you now?? side note when its done you can revell in the fact your car will do 39.5/6 mpg @70 mph if you can stand doing that speed for that length of time!!! i did its pretty boring but im very pleased with the end result!
  8. We used ultra sonic cleaners in the mobile phone industry believe it or not for repairing water damaged mobile phones , however the solution used was methylated spirits ( the purple stuff) it absolutely stank but worked and we saved 98% of water damaged phones this way.....Just popped in the circuit boards and your away! Don't know how relevant that is but not sure if meths would work on an injector???
  9. havent got any good pics of my car but heres a few to get you started? i cant fins any with my gimp mask on.... il try and get some might have to dig out the germany pics for that
  10. i have one £25 plus paotage cheers
  11. well done matey leather resto look sgood! did mine too the awesome thing is once you get used to working with the products you can actually touch up things very nicely and it doesnt seem to show!
  12. do it i cant beleieve how quick my car is!??? i know i know its not going to be ballistic but going from auto to manual and going straight to obd2 not having driven it since september it goes like hell i cant believe how much quicker it is when you see threads talking about oh blah blah blah yes makes me smile yadda yadda yadda it really does make me want to drive it and drive it and drive it had a lot of fun in it today and im ****ed off already as i know its going to cost me a fortune in fuel this week!! lol
  13. ? I guess? Depends how bothered you an be I suppose? Haha
  14. i also have a rear wiper motor and a complete active spolier set up , up for grabs...... all works perfectly taken off my 94 vr6 wiper motor £15 complete spoiler set up (mech and motor) £25 i should imagine £8-£10 delivery on it as would be largeish parcel.
  15. Ok bud that last pic the White ug with the green brown and black Wires in that goes tk your wiper motor check out the plug you'll Recognise it ditch the bung as you can reuse your one off the rado loom bud Now as I remember it I removed no wires from the Ecu multi pin plug stop stressing you've done a great job so far just think once you have done this bit it just a case of removing an fitting the Mani which you can also so yourself easy peasy just take it one step at a time save yourself some cash bud have a go! Yes you don't need the fan control plug as it is already plugged in on a separate loom in the rado so DITCH IT lol that green slim line plug I didn't have hmmmm where does it go?
  16. On my loom everything that was attached to the brown earth wire I ended up removing so I'd remove them now rather than later.... Not sure on the larger multi pin plug there does that look as though it would have gone into the fan module in the bay?? If so ditch it! I've got nothing like it on mine and you haven't got anything to plug it into have you??
  17. The purple White wire did go to another ug your right it shared the plug with a green and maybe a black White wire..... All you need out of it is the White purple wire extend it and put the rado single plug on it then that plugs into the corrado loom on the fuse box side of things
  18. Lol Lol You are going through everything I did lol yes I kinda **** it every time I cut the wires..... The yellow plug yeah ditch that
  19. Excellent keV thanks for the reply that's exactly the info I was after!! So just a remap from somewhere now then to get the most out of it??
