thanks guys yes of course there are future plans!! lol its a bloody rado! got it up to scratch today so itl be easier to keep this way now i just couldnt be botherd to put in the hard work! lol re-tint rear lights clean engine bay strip a,b,c pillar plastics want to gaffa tape the clips to stop rattles and put thin strips of felt? between plastics to stop rattles fit stereo and speakers (all the wiring is in now) timimg chains and tensioners stem seals supercharger maybe some cams lol the list is endless but alas my pocket isnt...... keep thinking i need to sell her really but what would i do then? just buy another car and do the same! i need a pair of left hand drive headlights late spec taking it back to germany next weekend so on goes the gimp mask to protect the paint! ---------- Post added at 09:15 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:13 PM ---------- yeah i stripped down the drivers seat to refurbish and when i put it back together i couldnt get the wire back in the clips properly as i drive down a bumpy road it sounds like a hotel bed all squeeking and noisey ****es me off yet another job to add to the fix list! lol

gear surround plastic is slightly more difficult to paint , i found it easy with my airbrush though

change the leads prob sort it straight away

Sorry for late reply yea mine is one of the hot golf ones I paid £80 delivered from someone on here... It is an original flywheel which has been lightened and balanced packaging was very good proper box, styrene insert for it all to sit in anyway it's all fitted now and it is a noticeable difference spins up much much quicker not loss of power top end from what I've experiences so far hasn't stalled once either or even thought about stalling Er ok I'm obd2 now (woooohoooooo yes !!!!!).

never let me down driven it to germany , praha etc alwaysup and down the m5 and tomorrow morn a nice trip to stansted airport....

i buy gsf parts as and when i also buy parts from tps..... wheal bearings id get from gsf never had a probelm with them.....

I had a strange miss fire I replaced with cheapy motor factor leads didn't make s difference , I broke those leads when taking them of , so I bought a set of DG silicone dubpower leads again nit mega expensive feel ok I fitted them and miss fire has totally gone , I live in the Sw and anything I want done like mapping is a mega trek away I have spoken to Graham @ DG last week about mapping etc prices 8vmatt and ribrado974 are slai interested in doing this All I have to do is email Graham with what we want done and he will sort a price we were talking discounted as we were looking at doing it all together ......... So if you want to add your name to the list I'm sure it would be quite a good day for a mini get together mapp the cars and grab some food whatever, talk corrado crap have a laugh and at the end of the day still blow Matt and rob into the weeds itl be great, the only down side now is obd2 mapping is more expensive than obd1!! Lol Do you run any strut braces??? I run front and rear uppers and font lower braces the viilovers yes are set at the lower they will go just putty for the look ( not a daily) it handles extremely well it is a hard ride but I use the cheapy fk coilovers will change at a later sate when funds allow! I couldn't drive mine now without at least a front brace makes a massive massive difference to the way the car behaves

yes clear cirular discs that go inside the rub shuts of the doors the half circles that go under the spoiler and the circular discs (black) that go under the bonnet to protect from the rubber stoppers... i would also like to try and get the clear stripping that goes all the way along the contour of the door shut thats follows the window rubber down

i prefer the full gimp mask to be truthful i think it looks pretty cool i loved it on my car when we went touring if i can find some pics il get them up!

there is a company called motor mugs which specialize in this any sticker jsut take a highres photo of the sticker you want and they will replicate it... £1 per sticker so i thought it cheap enough going to get my rub patches sourced from them that sit under the spoiler and door shuts etc
