LOL No for winter wheels I dont think you can beat the steelies, I do like the looks as well, should look well hard in the greyish colour. Dont forget about me if you sell the Nothelles ;) What width were they then 7J?
-
So where have the nice wheels gone? ;) :D
-
Cheers m8 Cant wait to get them on then!
-
You can buy Koni TA's anywhere as shock only
-
Hi Yan Were the H&R springs reasonably comfy as i am planning on swapping my Eibach ones for them. Ta Matt
-
Koni Ta and Eibach springs very sporty ride/handling but at the expense of comfort. If you have poor roads and or bumpy roads I wouldnt bother. Flat and slightly undulating ideal :D
-
You probably need to clean the 'tubes'. Do a quick search for spoiler cleaning Matt
-
Seems reasonable...... only downside being you can't modify it! You could chip it and whack some wheels on. Who would know

Can you do (dare I say) green ones? :D Fitted my new Alpine stereo and it is about 100 x greener than my switches LOL -
Thanks for the update anyway. And good luck with the leak! Matt
-
He he nice one fella, looking good. 7 years ownership here and also some renewed enthusiasm, altho the two electrical problems I have are doing my head in! Keep it up Matt

Try uprated brake lines, std discs and uprated pads. Wont cost you much and I promise you wont be disapointed for the outlay.
-
So actually what you are meaning to say is you are generally agreeing with everything I said
-
LOL I thought the M25 was fully average speed checked up!?
-
That is a different matter especially if you are running AP calipers. They are probably the best brakes you can buy! I dont really think it is a fair comparison to a std brake upgrade LOL
-
Sorry I have to say that my std discs and uprated pads are better than the BD discs and uprated pads that I used to have. The BD dscs just eat your pads away. Better to have some nice aggressive pads and std discs that you can replace cheaply IMO.
-
Better pedal feel.
-
Goodridge hoses, standard discs and more aggressive pads. I recommend EBC red stuff or Ferrodo DS2500
-
He he Im liking that, nice work

I know we were letting this lie now. However... I really felt the need to say that of all the forums I have been in contact with and especially car forums this has to be the most laid back and friendly of them all. I honestly cannot believe anybody finds this site intimidating. Matt
