Got to be powder coat mate :tongue: I done mine on the Punto. Got a set of coupe wheels and refurbished them in our 'Black Sparkle'..Powder coat is very tough, durable and easy to clean..Heres a before and after..

Not sure what shade of white it is :? As for plans?? Well since its standard surely its best to keep it like that :shrug: Having said that and seeing other members cars I think it needs to go lower, a set of alloys would also be nice.. With regards to the engine I would not have a clue..I need to search the site to see what normal things are done.. MORE POWER PLEASE :lol: :lol: Would love to get a go in a VR just to see the differance.. My GT had the usual,,,,, induction kit, strut braces, lowered, dump valve etc etc..

Ok guys here it is. My cat 'D' 2.0l 8V..I did get hold of the seller today and he reckons he never knew :ignore: Mind you he did seem to know about the previous girlfriend/boyfriend having a little coming together.. Well at that is in the past and I have NOT let it put me off my little gem.. Here she is after a quick wash 'n' wax..Will do a better job come April for Action-day at my local track.

Just got my Corrado yesterday..It came with a spare handle (????)which I will try to fit today..But looking at this thread it sounds like I too best have one of these kits..My problem is the drivers side door..I need to open it from the other side and then get in,, :lol: Great fun..So being a newbie can I still buy these? If so how much and who wants my money :salute:

Its a FIAT mate so they always need fixing :lol: I have just moved overed from a Punto after having Fiats (and the wife) for a few years..Sounds like just the gear linkage??If the engine is like my Punto (and the wife's Cinq) check that both cables are still in situ by the gearbox housing.If one has come off the ball joint thing then this may be the cause :)

You peoples are so much more friendly than some on the Punto Forum I'm on. Mainly the adim/mods that is.. Ok YES the car is confirmed as a cat 'D' but the more I think about the happier I am,,strange I know..And tomorrow when I get my cleaning rags and polish out I will have a hugh smile on my face..Guess I will have to post pic up in the gallery section for you lot to assess I can hear it now :D Lower it... Got to fit a new drivers door handle. Have already done a search to see how..Found a few posts so should be an easy job..Same goes for the front spots..Splitter has been replaced so perhaps this could be the cat D part!!!

It was nice n clean until I drove it back on the M4 so tomorrow I will give is a hose down n polish and post a pic for you lot to see..

Ok apart from the main things should I be looking out for any thing in particular? Right its not a G60 or VR spec but its a start.. I'm looking to buy a one owner 2.0l 8V on a 'M' plate..FSH with 12 months MOT, cars done 112k and is totally standard apart from a CD player..Even the active rear spoiler still works :clap:

Wow am I doing the right thing here in getting a Corrado :lol: :lol: Having just spent over 2k in 8 months on my Punto Gt I thought that was bad..Turning to German build I was hoping for more miles to the pound :clap: Well time will tell, I hope this is a good move,,haha
